Today's Post-WorkOut meal was a broiled marinated chicken breast, store-bought fresh parmesan ravioli with homemade marinara, a blue cheese salad, Italian bread, and a glass of cold milk.
No brain, no gain.

Today's Post-WorkOut meal was a quick way to get my red meat "fix;" a grilled 10 oz ground sirloin patty, some steamed Yukon Golds with butter, a tasty salad, and a glass of milk.
No brain, no gain.

This was my third 'meal' technically, but I called it lunch because it was around 2pm and I already had my actual breakfast + a snack....
I guess I love breakfast food, and right now with our heat wave I cannot seem to satisfy my cravings for melon. Big... round... bouncy melons.
Healthwise... I mean, it is what it is I guess... i just love the flavors... still about 900 calories which is decent for a meal right now."When I die, I hope it's early in the morning so I don't have to go to work that day for no reason"

Today's Post-WorkOut meal will have the "clean foods" fanatics up in arms---homemade flatbread pizza with bell and banana peppers, mushrooms, and two kinds of cheese, and accompanied by a salad and a glass of cold milk.
No brain, no gain.

That one was made on store-bought flatbread. I'm not much of a baker; I can buy a better-tasting pizza crust than I can make.
We occasionally buy a carryout pizza, but none are as good as those we make at home. That one had bell and banana peppers, Kalamata olives, mushrooms, and homemade sauce. No brain, no gain.

Today's Post-WorkOut meal was an 11 oz NY Strip steak seared in a smoking-hot cast iron skillet, mozz/tomato/basil crustini, and a blue cheese salad, accompanied by a glass of milk.
No brain, no gain.
