    Thanks brah. Just the traditional hit everything multiple times a week, focus on progressive overload, mostly compounds, more volume for your individual weak points (in the end, total volume is the key driver of hypertrophy), I'm probably mostly in the 6-10 rep range, go heavy but don't go too heavy where you aren't in control of the weight. The better your weight lifted to bodyweight ratio, the more muscle development potential you have. My main goal during this cut was to take it slow and not allow myself to lose strength on anything.

    I recently started my own phat style template and am really liking it thus far. Previously I was just combining everything into all sessions instead of a slight shift of focus on one day vs the other.

    Thanks for the feedback. These are what I like.

    You really think so about the front delt? That's something that would've never even crossed my mind. However these days I don't do as much total pushing volume as I used to so I could add in a bit more side/rear delt volume. I felt like they needed to catch up to make my overall delts look bigger (and it was good for shoulder health/posture). Apparently front delts contribute the least to the look of wide/big shoulders.

    Lower back and neck makes sense. I usually try to get minimal lower back work b/c of an anterior pelvic tilt I had going on. The APT has improved a lot though. As for upper traps, I stopped hitting them directly a few years ago b/c I always heard they aren't good for posture and aren't good for looking wide in general if overdeveloped. I regret this big time though because my traps were a bit more developed at this weight in 2011 and it definitely looked better. I started shrugging again a few weeks ago.

    Arms have always been a weakpoint as well. But I don't mind it. I don't like the look of big arms and think it looks much better when they're overpowered by the delts. My delt to arm ratio used to be a lot bigger but my arms have come up a lot since and I think it in turn has made my delts appear smaller even though they aren't smaller. The more developed the arms, the smaller the delts look and they don't pop out as much. Forearm I think is just the angle or the overall drop in bf% because they've always been a strong point.

    I never measure anything but just got 11.75" for forearm (arm extended, no flexing) and a little over 15.5" (flexing bicep) on my right arm, which is bigger than my left. Arms are very low on my priority list though so I don't train them directly that much.

    Intredasting. I just got 11.25" for forearms and 16" for right arm flexed, but I have to cut. So it seems you have a bit more mass than me for upper body.

    Just gotta stop and smell the roses. I feel the same way. Some of my lifts at this weight are 100x11 weighted pull up and chin up, I've done both a 4 plate dip (4yrs ago) and a 4 plate pull up, 95 for a 3x5 on incline dumbbells w/ a bit left in the tank (maybe 40ish degrees?), 75x7 db ohp. Also hit a 305x5 bench when I was ~25lbs heavier. Lower body lifts lag.
