Tried squatting with a board under my heels yesterday. I will say that I did noticed a bit of a difference in a good way.

Put 2.5lb Plates under your heels. It will help you sit back. Same with Stiff Leg Deadlifts or RDL's

It was such a lukewarm season. The whole Red John reveal was sketchy.

Nope, looks like I stopped after the Red John arch finished. Didn't care much after that though.

The last season doesn't have much. A minor character from seasons past shows up with his mother or sister, who's equally crazy, and hunt down the members. One that arch is done, they focus on some murder story that lasts a few episodes. Jane and whats her name end up marrying, the entire show ends. It was clear during the reveal that the network had enough of the show and wanted to get rid of it.
