On this note, I tried this new place today for a Shawarma plate.... they nailed it.

Egyptians make some amazing shawarma. It's been several years since having it their but a some restaurants in the states come close. They typically use fava in their falafel as well iirc.

Now I am hungry for some shawarma lol
