Did legs today doing them again Saturday. Got to get them to grow.
been doing a lot of rest pause intensity techniques on legs. They really are a great way to take your training to another level and test your mental strength. Grind out 10-12 reps, wait 15 seconds, grind out another 5-6, wait 15 seconds, grind another 3-4, and then rest again 15 seconds and get another 2-3. A great way to breakup a set but punish yourself at the same time.

Better now that i can focus on one instead of having multiple, which has a much better pay + benefits. Luckily I got the job! Great way to start a friday.

I am a substitute and have been the last 4 years. That effort helps build your resume. but remember i am a business education major. Business teaching jobs are minimal they are electives. they are the first things cut in school districts and many schools do not even offer them
Accounting, Web Design, Intro to business, business math, finance, sports & entertainment marketing, intro to digital video, programming, javascript etc.

I have had 5 2nd round interviews the last few years with no success. Granted i have a high standard and labeled one of the better substitutes where I am here in Erie, but its very tough right now. Job cuts for education are at an all time high. I will always have my teaching certificate. I am going to pursue a business job ATM and help build my resume and add more experience and hope for better in the future. For now teaching is on the backburner but i can put my business degree to use and i also have a minor in economics so anything sales or business related is right up my alley.

22 pounds of muscle does not happen overnight.

My main focus ATM is to continue making progress while focusing on a long term job, which i may have landed today
