So the shiity company im with has only paid me 3 paychecks in the 10 weeks ive been with them, i just got another job cuz of this and i gave this company 3 days notice. So i called them 5 times and left a voicemail giving the little notice and asking for my future paychecks to be mailed to me. So its the next day today and nobody called me back, so i called back and the secretary picks up, i asked her if shes heard my message, she says she did and that its not right im not giving 2 weeks notice and, i tell her its not right thats theyre not paying me, then she has the balls to say she doesnt know wut legal action the owners will take and that i shouldnt have only left a voicemail i shouldve sent an email bla bla bla.

This fukin sets me off and i tell her legal action? ive never heard a company take legal action for short notice, i told her that i can take legal action against them not paying me on time constantly, i argue/yell with her for a bit and tell her to fuk off, she gave me the owners number. I call the owner and tell him wut she just said was ridiculous and told him the same thing, that they cant do anything and that i can take legal action for them not paying me my paychecks, owner tells me now i shouldve given 1 week notice only, owner starts yelling too, eventually he just tells me to send a resignation email and that ill get my paychecks mailed to me.

Fukin hilarious, wut a shiity little piece of shiit poverty unprofessional company, im actually thinking of seriously suing them now LOL. So they think its not cool for me not to give notice, but they however do think its alright to only pay 3 paychecks in 10 weeks.

Im not gonna send them any email or fuking nothing, if they dont send me my paychecks i think im gonna sue them.

So the only reason we all go to work is for the money and they think it's fine for you to work and not pay you? Cheeky kunts you really should send that email then proceed legal action if you think you can win. There probably is a loophole in the system that allows your company not to pay you for say a 2 week period if they are suffering financial difficulties but I don't think there is
