Lifting is easy, I realized that , once u lift for a while it's like nothing. Mind blown at anyone not doing it. It's not that hard, the hard thing is mma, sports and real athletics and until you try it you will see how easy lifting is.

Ppl have different criteria for esthetics. Im glad everyone doesnt look like an effeminate hipster. I encourage every man to weight train in this day of the feminisation of man.

I went out last night to a nice city bar and noticed all the guys were skinny with hipsterish hairdos and clothes. I was the only physically esthetic guy in there. Im not huge but I exhibit musculature in the "proper" areas(neck, chest, shoulders, ass n legs). Let me tell u that I was getting attention from girls.. and separated myself from the femboys. Despite the current trends today, female brains r hardwired to notice masculine forms in all their manifestations. Keep in mind I am not huge nor do i want to be...most women are repulsed by overdeveloped guys. I wore a nice fashionable collared dress shirt, jeans and nice pair of black shoes (none of this preppy izod phucking bs..loafers, khakis etc). Dress great/stylish, have a great build, sharp haircut, and be smooth n funny n u will slay these hipster types w ease.

Isn't there a statistic that in most countries 20% of the population has a gym membership (more like 30% in Australia but that kind of makes sense)? And just because 1/5 people have a membership doesn't mean 1/5 actively use it. Most people get a membership and never actually use it, gyms make a ton of money off these people.

50% of people are inactive during their leisure time, which means they walk less than half an hour per day. Out of the other 50% most probably just go running or walking, play a sport, or do some healthy workouts with a trainer. It's probably like 1/10 people actually lift, and 1/10 of them actually make gains.
