This is what I have observed.
What I'm saying is simple: In this day and age, if you're lifting or bulking or trying to look like Zyzz then you are a pathetic sheep.
Being jacked isn't special anymore. This isn't 1965. This is 2015. Everyone and their mother goes to "electronic dance festivals"
This is 2015. Everyone and their mother does 5 day splits and carries around protein powders.
The solution is simple. Stop bodybuilding. Just play sports here and there, maybe do some calisthenics or some pullups, absolutely no bulking, just eat clean and be healthy. If you're a part of the aesthetic bodybuilding lifestyle then I seriously feel bad for you.
Here are the ACTUAL ideal physiques, you should be aiming for:
Disclaimer: Good face helps too, of course.
But REGARDLESS if you're ugly, hot, whatever, nothing is more off-putting in 2015 than a bodybuilder physique.

Strong analysis. I guess when you hide in a basement and your only interaction is the misc and social media *******s your interpretation is going to be skewed.
Out of the people I see everyday...co workers, friends and family, I am the only one who lifts. Intredasting.Poverty blue collar worker

Right man I agree. I didnt mean it was piece of cake. Its just that it doesnt take as much effort as it would for other sports as fighting. Still Ik that feel of not being able and not "feeling" getting that last set done. Lifting is very spiritual for me and sometimes make me cry. Now I remember how tough it is.

^ this...
forget about lifting weights.. and invest in plastic surgery... if you need it.
Girls don't give a **** about your muscles.. If you have a 8/9/10 face.. you could be skinny as **** and still get more than enough girls.. muscles are just a bonus..
Strong jaw lines, strong brows, heavy stubble = signs of high testosterone = attracts girls..

1. The idea that 90% of men are doing any consistent form of physical exercise, let alone lifting with intensity 5-6 times a week and following a strict diet, is ludicrous. From my anecdotal experience, perhaps 20% of the males at my university go to the gym every so often. No more than 10% of them are in there 3+ times a week.
2. The pictures of the physiques we should be aiming for are still very good and would take a couple of years to achieve.
3. The pictures of the physiques we should be aiming to achieve are exactly the same as the "Zyzz wannabes".

This sort of reasoning is just laughable.
Yes, if you have an exceptionally good looking face, you can get away with having an average-looking body.
But the vast, vast majority of people AREN'T born with exceptionally good looking faces... so what are they supposed to do? Just sit in their basement and whine about how they didn't win the genetic lottery?
No. They can take the necessary steps to improve their physical appearance and make the most of what they've got.
Every single man on the planet would benefit (in terms of looks) from having 20-30 lbs of muscle on their frame and being around 10% body fat.
