    Online Fitness Trainer

    Hi All,

Are any of the online fitness programs highly regarded? Fit orbit, etc? Looking for one for motivation, tracking and someone to help me out.

    Hi Greg,

Your best bet is do research on a trainer that you can choose, not the other way around. If you go with a company like Fit Orbit, you never know who your trainer will be or what kind of program (possibly canned) you will be getting to help you reach your goals until you pay for it.

There are tons of Online Fitness Coaches and Trainers available online. Contact a few of them and feel free to pick their brain for information and see who you feel most comfortable with. Any trainer worth his salt will take the time to introduce themselves and answer any/all questions you may have.

The choice should be yours, not theirs.
