Bodybuilding is a legit freak show now. I loved in Generation Iron when Phil was like "Yeah I love being the baddest dude in the room, everyone knowing I could kill someone with one hand behind my back". Dude, wake up, you're training to be huge and just because you have a 40 pound gut and the best rear delts in the room doesn't mean you're a killer.

Pretty crazy how some BB'ers thing just because they are huge they could annihilate someone in a fight. You have an advantage... yes... but would love to see somebody just smash him for that comment, semi srs.
I think by that statement he was comparing it to todays BB'ers where arnolds legs wouldn't be special in the sport today.Fantasy Football Team (1ppr) - http://i.imgur.com/o4i4xs3.png

Its funny how ppl are fans of bodybuilders. Even funnier when they stop being fans because of what their idol said in an interview.
There are real sports out there you know... football, boxing, basketball... sports that are actual sports, not beauty pageants for men in thongsFollows Chestbrah's training routine crew

When Arnold competed at 6'2 his competition weight was 235lbs, 255lbs off season.
Phil Heath at 5'9" has a competition weight of 250lbs, 280lbs off season.
Ronnie Coleman at 5'11" was competing at 300lbs for god sake.
No kidding Phil would say he has "no legs", he isn't riding bikes hourly like modern guys are.Not part of any crews crew

modern bb'ing is stupid as fuk
and heath can quote me on thatSloots come and go but moms are forever
Get to know your parents: you never know when they'll be gone for good.
Be nice to your siblings: they're your best link to your past and the people most likely to stick with you in the future.
Enjoy your body: use it every way you can. Don't be afraid of it or of what other people think of it: it's the greatest instrument you'll ever own.

brb let us forget that without Arnold, there is no bodybuilding. Let us ignore the words of a man who brought a recreational activity into the spot light.
brb Arnold had no legs. Don't think Phil has seen pics of Arnold. He had legs. In fact, he not only had legs, he had aesthetics which is supposed to be the point of bodybuilding. Sculpting the human body until it is appealing to the eye.
there is nothing appealing about a pregnant 250lbs, 5'8" man.Squat: 500lbs x1
Bench: 325lbs x1 (paused); 350lbs tng
Deadlift: 600lbs x1

As if Arnold's prime physique was that much smaller, less mass-freaky, than Phil Heath's and other modern bodybuilders. Don't get me wrong, modern bbers are bigger and more massive, but Arnold is exaggerating a bit. It's like comparing 99.999991 vs 99.999997. Which is bigger? The second number, of course. But they're both still ****ing 99s.
The more mass you have, the more ass you get.
The more cash you make, the more class you get.
