    shoulder injury help misc doctors

I've mentioned before I believe I have an injury on my left shoulder around this area:

I feel a dull aching pain most of the time.........nothing sharp or extremely painful.

I am seeing a doctor tomorrow morning.........I'm doing some lunges and whatever I can with my right arm to maintain myself. Is that okay?

And it is okay to one arm dumbbell exercises like the bent over row?

It's funny how my right shoulder was subject to the same exercises I feel pretty good on that shoulder. Do you thinking wrapping stuff in the warehouse (my job) for years contributed to it being stronger than the left shoulder and thus more resistant to injury?>
