Continue to cut or start to bulk

Looking for some advice. I have been cutting since 12/28/14. I am down about 41 lbs (205 down to 164). I feel like I still have some cutting to do, but I also kind of want to bulk a little.

I still have some flab on the belly I would like to get rid of, but I know that will come in time. Attached are a few pics. I don't have a 205 pic, but I have one from 185 and then one from this morning. Let me know what you think. I just started the PHAT program last week and like it so far.

I haven't been doing reefed days. The spike in the weight loss image pic was from a 4 day vacation binge lol. If you think I should cut, should I start implementing a reefed day? I log everything and weigh out in grams. http://www.myfitnesspal.com/

I also have a log started from the new workout http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showth...hp?t=167687101

Macros from yesterday (and usually about the same daily)
    Calories: 2,133
    Protein: 192
    Fat: 60
    Carbs: 222
    Attached Images
    My Progress:
    12/28/2014 - 205 lbs.
    3/31/2015 - 176.8 lbs.
    6/25/2015 - 161.4 lbs.

    Total Weight Lost: 43.6 lbs.

Thanks. I have been thinking of dropping 5-10 more (10 being tops) and then starting a lean bulk. Just cannot decide and wanted opinions.
