What makes you interested in kidney support supplements? If you have any form of renal failure/disorder than you need to be speaking with your PCP.

Aside from H2O, which helps flush your kidneys...I would speak with your family physician.

Who/what told you you may need a supplement for your kidneys? Is this a medical condition?

Protein does not hurt kidneys. That misconception came from the recommendation that individuals who have pre-existing renal failure be put on low/moderate protein intake based diets.

You don't NEED it, but there are some multivitamins that have ingredients to support healthy kidneys. Adequate water intake as mentioned too

There is a product called Kidney Stuff. I have not used it but I hear great things about it. They even offer a money back guarantee

    Adequate Hydration
    Keep blood pressure controlled

Those two are most important. There are some out there that believe cordyceps works great for the kidneys. May be something to look into if you are looking for something extra per say.
