lol, ofc you can there is sooo much information online, people are just to lazy to research.....first 6 months focused strictly on compounds to build thickness and mass i bulked on a **** ton of calories because as an ecto i could. After some decent development i decided to focus on isolation to build form and appropriate size...i didnt start training with 3x a week, i started 7x a week 2 hrs a day and thats all i did diet and trained....took a year of school.
