I reveived this product thru a promtion and would like to thank TeamBarbarian and PharmaFreak for the opportunity to try and to review this product. Great Creatine Monohydrate product that delivers on what it says! I took 1 scoop which is approximately 5g of Micronized Creatine Monohydrate and mixed it with my protein shake after my workout. It is unflavored so it mixed nicely with no aftertaste and only a slight bit of residue was left at the bottom of the shaker cup that was quickly washed down with a little more water. I didn't feel bloated or any stomach cramps from taking this product (which can happen with other forms of Micronized Creatine Monohydrate especially if you don't drink enough water) I didn't load up on this or cycle it before I starting taking it daily as I feel that it is effective a product without the need to load up on especially with the added ActiGin to support energy and AstraGin support complex for faster absorbtion which helped me with increases in lean muscle mass and strength adding to a 5-10% gain in added weight on my sets. I give it a 10/10 for effectiveness and recommend PharmaFreak's Creatine Freak 5000 Micronized Creatine Monohydrate to anyone looking to increase their lean muscle mass, strength and perfromance and a must have in anyone's supplement regime.
