    Progression Tips?

I'm 17 years old, 155lbs and I started powerlifting in January.
I've increased my bench from 110lbs to 155lbs, my squat from 220lbs to 265lbs and my deadlift from 242lbs to 310lbs. However, these numbers didn't improve from just gains but through a change in form, technique and the fact that I gained about 30lbs during the past 5 months. I've been busy with school; now having to take about 14 hours or so a day off for school and studies and I'm barely fitting in about 1-2 hours a day (I have a bench at home).

Anyhow, as of 2016 my schedule will be a lot less stressful and tight so I have a chance to hit the gym more often. I've been training every day on bench and deadlifts, following speed work , explosive work, pause work, volume and heavy day regiment but i've seen a lot less progression as i did since January, since within a month; my 1rm would change from maybe a few lbs at best.

I have an ambition of one day hitting elite status at a weight class of 148lbs but i know i'm far from. Any tips and advice on how to increase my lifts?
Anything would be appreciated, methodologies, diets, etc.

    Thank you

If you really do have ambitions of being elite status know that it will take you years of training. Right now you are focused on school so do that and then when life is less stressful you can increase your training. For now if you can continue to get gains here or there that's great since it is a secondary focus for now.

Lift heavy, lift consistently, but most importantly, life smart so you can keep fighting the fight to get to the level you want to be at. You're younger and recover fast, but don't be afraid to take a couple extra days when your body demands it.
