tfw only benching 121 at 147 body weight...

I know this feel. tested my 1RM using paused doubles yesterday. got 210lb for a double so pretty sure my paused 1RM is 215lb. 220lb at the highest.

Which is really pathetic considering the length of time I've been training. especially since bulked im 220lb. plan is to cut down to 183lb and keep a 1RM near 225lb so at least I will have a better strength/bw ratio..
Thing is bench suffers the most as you cut weight. however 20lb down I seem to be maintaining strength.

ive used 1rm calculators in the past and theyre somewhat acurate you come in at 153 1rm, as long as you can lift your bodyweight IMO nothing to feel bad about

also bench without the collars on the bar, worst comes to worst shift the bar so weight falls off

I tested out the accuracy of 1RM calculations yesterday. I usually lift 180 which 80% for 5x5 as my workout and I plugging in my numbers for actual 1RM yesterday I got 182.5lb for 5RM lol

I've been trying to finish Witcher 1 for almost 10years now. first time I graduated from college (UG) and was away for so long I thought I'd just restart from the beginning.. Then when I was almost done by hard drive crashed taking the save game with it lol.. Restarted it a 3rd time now when W3 released but after playing souls and similar games combat is so poverty..

Someone asked if I was natty which is a yes. I'd be embarrassed if I was only 185 lbs with nearly 10 years of lifting + bicycle. I posted pics a few years back but someone decided to use them for PoF trolling hence the lack of avi.

in fact just these past two weeks I leaned how to front squat.. found out my mobility sucks and i cant get into front rack position.. cross armed front squats of peace for now as I work on mobility.. :|
but at least i was able to get it down with crossed arms.. before i tried a few times in the last few years i couldnt keep my torso upright enough keep the BB on my shoulders lol

Just takes more time to get used to and patience. Can't roll/dodge everywhere and come in for quick hits as easily since Geralt's moves take longer to complete.

I got around to it a few months ago, didn't really live up to my expectation from what i had read. It's definitely not terrible, but don't go in expecting anything to great.

**** man I have so many problems bulking up, I usually wake up really late so no breakfast, and there's plenty of times where I know I gotta eat but don't feel like eating anything >.<

This is what I really really really hate about bodybuilding/lifting in general, the crazy amount of food we need to eat to put on size. I feel like such a greedy bast4rd for eating so much when there are billions of people on much less, just eating to survive and even dying of starvation. I always ask myself is it really worth all this emotional and physical trauma just to obtain a decent physique.

I'm still living with my parents (still at high school), and they hate the idea of my bulking and bodybuilding and flame at me whenever I'm having larger portions (e.g normal person have 2 eggs, 2 slices of toast and cup of coffee. I'd go for 4 eggs, 2 slices of toast, oatmeal and some fruits depending on what we have. It just seems selfish that you're consuming more of the food supplies, and obviously if you're living under someone else roof you should be eating modestly which I know and makes me feel even more guilty for trying to bulk...

But if you're living by yourself with your own rules I guess you should look into meal prep and try do some basic calculations for how many calories you need if you skipped a meal. I have the same problem as you, my morning are rushed so I make my oats and just pour it in a bottle lmao and drink it on the way to class in the morning. You just gotta force the chit down your throat brah anything and everything, most bodybuilders are force feeding their last few meals anyway so I guess if you really wanna look good then you have to accept the burden of force feeding yourself.
