Day 20
Day 20: I took a serving of ThermoVate upon waking up today. I grabbed a water bottle, dropped two tablets in and chugged it all down thirty seconds later! I felt better almost right away and especially after only three hours of sleep. I get cranky every morning when I don't get any sleep in, so I wasn't in a good mood to be already up and about.
Unfortunately I did not finish last night's workout I didn't have enough time. Perhaps I'll continue where I left off after I finish today's extra high volume chest later on this evening... well if I still have some energy in me lol.

I apologize for the inactivity the past couple of days, my computer is currently offline and will need repairs. I ordered the cpu replacement part earlier today and hopefully it will arrive sooner than the expected delivery date (I believe 6/14).
I've taken it for granted the fact how much easier it is to do everything from a desktop computer.

Fantastic workout! I felt like crap when I initially started I struggled to complete a light warm up set (also keep in mind still on the slow pace tempo for MMC) I thought I was beginning to see early signs of overtraining at first but I continued to push through. When I got to my third set that's when my energy level completly changed and finally the pwo kicked in.
Despite the drastic higher volume and intense chest workout my chest was pumped and I felt great leaving the gym, but unfortunately not great enough to have me finish my previous night of super set leg exercises XD!Logs and Reviews:

Day 26: I've actually lost 3 to 4 lbs. since the day I started taking ThermoVate (174 lbs. vs 171 lbs. now). Unfortunately however, I haven't been on top of my diet and tracking my calories on a daily basis; I need to make a habit of logging the food I ate asap into the myfitnesspal app after every meal otherwise I'd forget. Consistency and perseverance is the key!

I had a great high volume leg exercise this evening! My leg workout initially started out with 5 Supersets AND a dropset for every set of exercise. Due to the insane amount of reps I made the decision to go lighter on the leg extensions as a minor precaution, yet still the focus and energy was ridiculous and insane! My body is adapting fairly well with the high volume reps thanks to ThermoVate. Not entirely no, unfortunately. I'm still struggling with maintaining food calories in general and finding ways to get my total calories in for the day. I'm so bad with food maintenance my macro percentages with fat and carbs are usually inverse in value lol. I definitely need to devote more of my time in creating an effective diet plan.

I felt super pumped and focused in Saturday's workout! I felt I had nailed the seal form on Saturday with my tunnel vision focus, and it felt great! I've had trouble with maintaining the proper Seal Row form in the past and I always thought the position was rather odd and weird to start with.
It's funny because I felt everyone just glaring and staring at me from the corner of my eye with the same said expression, 'wtf is he doing lol.' One person even asked if I had any trouble with my back. I chuckled and told him no, just changing it up to a different back exercise XD
