As much as I hate to be a dick (ok, so I dont really mind), you need to do a search. This subject has been beaten to death, and these same questions still get asked at least three times a week.

    Literally just answered this yesterday.

    1. There is no best kind. Decide if you lift better with a flat shoe or with an elevated heel. Then decide your price range.

    2. Buying online is your best bet.

    3. There are many comparison reviews on the web. Use google. It's your friend.

Whatever you do, OP, make sure the shoes match the belt. I kid you not.
You need a good rack, a bench, and a 300-lb Olympic weight set. Now, what was your question?

#1 Best Brands: Nike, Adidas, Reebok, Rogue, Inov-8, Vibram, Chucks, and more.

#2 Where are they sold: Interwebz

    #3 Price Range: $35 - $200-ish

I have had the Nike Romaleos II for a long while, wouldn't squat without them and they match my Inzer belt perfectly. Black/gray are my go to colors for all accessories, matches all my sleeveless tanks that fit like buttsecks and look like sounds. No homo.

With a fancy name like urban lifter, you expect the man to be well-dressed and cosmopolitan. He does not fail. Well-done, chap.

    Seriously, OP.

Whatever you do, make sure your shoes match your belt. I know what I'm talking about.

^What he said!! People waste alot of money on shoes to squat in, shoes to deadlift in or shoes to look cool in. Flatfooted? Lift in socks!!! Need some support? There's a plethora of shoes that offer support but you don't require a specifid shoe for each exercise! Just lift the phucking weight and put it back down; simples.
