    About burning chest fat

    Hi everyone i dont know if i am posting in right category or not but my question is i have fat on my chest i want to reduce that chest fat i checked online and soem of the website says that i should start taking some chest fat burning pills like gynectrol , korexin , gynexin i dont know about these stuff should i start taking it? I am already taking hydroxycut as fatburner so should i buy this chest fat burning pills also?

    You cannot spot reduce chest fat. Do not buy any pills. Follow a moderate calorie deficit and be patient and you will lose weight all over.

    Nope, fat loss cannot be targeted to specific body areas, just eat well, work hard and hope the area that you want loses fat faster than the areas you dont care about yet.

    you cant pick where you lose fat from, you lose fat all over. and pills r bull****, i worked in a supplement stoor fat loss pills are a waste of money.
