I posted the 80s thru 100s minus 95s earlier that were cleaned up and painted. These are the other ones that came with the bunch. $120 for all of them. Around $0.05/lb. Ill never run across a deal like this again.

I also snagged 3 bars, one being a york...an airdyne and a power rack that was free. The airdyne was $5 and the bars were $10/each. The airdyne and dumbbells I didnt want have all bee sold off. A nice money maker.

Really nice pickups. I keep having the itch to find more roundheads, but usually they're $3/lb with wobbly heads.

Someone had a C2 rower posted that was dripping wet. I messaged and asked if he had washed it and he replied that he soaked it down with a hose to clean off the dust. JFC. Some people just really don't think things through.

Hello everybody

I recently picked up an old barbell, only I am struggling to determine the brand, maybe you guys can help me out? It has a split sleeve but i cant find any marking/brandname..

I payed 50 euros for it dunno if thats a good deal or not.


Some details:

- bar length: 7 ft or 213 cm

- Sleeve length: a little bit more than 13 inches or 33,5 cm (see picture)

- No centre knurling

- weight: 20 KG

Omfg. Buy all the Berg and send to me. Don’t suppose you took any pictures? Awesome gear. If that bar is a Berg then it’s a steal.

Sorry i wasnt really clear in my last post, as this was the only bar they sold. They wont sell the Berg stuff but i do have a membership there so i can train with it

Would love to see photos of the Berg if you are there training with your phone at some point. I’d like to think that if they have quality gear like Berg, that bar you got could also be quality.

Long time no see. I have a question for the historians. Somebody local to me has six York 20# exercise plates on FB Marketplace. I've never seen these before. I've attached a picture.

Does anyone know some history on them? I've seen a few on ebay with the "USA" logo, which has me wondering if these might be MIC near the end of what I would consider their heyday.

The letter spacing looks to be narrow.

I have several old York exercise plates with the 1 & 1/16ths hole and I wouldn't mind snagging a couple of these 20 pounders if they are "legit."
