this is the last time I will ever bulk again and the reason why I said this is because my days of living in the dorm are gone forever. no more hamburgers, chicken patties, popcorn chicken, wings, taco beef, chicken breast, fish filets, pizza, and awesome foods like that. The bright side of things is that the bad effects won't be there forever. for starters, I sweat a lot more than usual due to extra weight carrying around. Also, my lower back is taking some pain due to not used to carrying 260+ around. I won't go on a cut because in August I will probably go to a powerlifting meet but I need to max out and do at least 455 on bench and 550 on squat before the numbers look competitive.

You didn't need to bulk in the first place lol, you needed to cut, nevertheless you're strong as **** and put on good size... I can't wait to see what you'll look like shredded, if that day ever comes. Goodluck brah, cut soon for your own sake and proceed to pull bishes
