Heavy pressing
Bench
315x1

Had a nice accessory day on Saturday, smashed some nice Bicepticon work.
Hammered out a 250 5x5 bench on Monday (slight reset in weight)
Unfortunately on my second warmup set of BB rows, my hip/ si joint popped and has been sore as FU since. It's my left side which is a change because it's always been the right side before.
If I do anything tomorrow I will avoid anything that puts tension on that area.
Sitting in that 185-190 range and feeling pretty lean this week
Thanks dude! Weekend was great!
How's the new job going?
Thanks dude! I started lifting with starting strength. Then I threw in some madcows and then some 5/3/1

Beautiful rep Woody! Smooth and controlled
Cool effort to scrape the tip off your nose as well with the OHPs
Looking big and lean Woody .... you're in a great place to hit the beach at the first spring day
Bummer about the facet/SIJ .... just hate that sh!t. Hopefully that's all settled now and you didn't put it out again on the weekend"Better to wear out than rust out!"

Busy week, haven't had time to update. the kiddos and I are settled into our new routine on the Homefront. One of the girls at my work has been coming over and babysitting one night a week so I can go out and unwind a little bit.
Took it easy last week and my si joint started feeling better after about two days. I hit a full rotation this week:
Volume pressing Monday w/ bench and OHP
Cube speed squats on Wednesday which felt great considering I missed squatting the previous week.
Heavy press on Friday and I smashed 285x3 bench and then threw up a 315x1 that felt better than the one two weeks ago. OHP I only managed a slow 170x1.
I've been hitting the treadmill 5-6 days a week for a little bit- a run to warmup and then after my session I put it on full incline and hit 15-20min. Feels good
Thanks dude! SIJ felt better after a few days.
Pleased with my leanness at this point of the winter- it should make for an easy cut into shred mode when spring arrives!PRs: Back Squat- 410x1 / Front Squat- 320x1/ Bench- 325x1 / Deadlift- 505x1
