Just got in and out today.

played any golf yet?
please send us red meat, pork and cheese to show your support. merica!
thanks man. i picked up a fat tire bike at the beginning of the year and it's quickly becoming my favorite; pedals fast, climbs like a goat and thrashes through dirt, snow, sand, etc. hella fun
good on you for picking up the slack at work. hope things turn out well for everyone involved
you micro micro loading on squats now? son i am impressed

great conditioning work! I need to get a bike one of these years.
hoping things turn out ok for my buddy's son. 5 years old and just got diagnosed with epilepsy last fall. They're having a hard time finding meds to control the seizures and Monday was a bad one. I can't imagine what they're going through as parents
mostly just this:
I'm happy that I'm just getting in consistent sessions again!

Beautiful form on those squats Woody. I love the way you approach the bar and just get into it .... I waste a load of time. You got deep and kept up a great tempo and your body position didn't waver. I could see in your face that you were putting in an effort.. eyeballs were ready to pop
Looking lean as well."Better to wear out than rust out!"
