First! My summer plan is to go back to europe to see my family and spend some time with them for a month, I haven't seem them for 3 years due to being in the US for school and during that time both my grandma's passed away which kind of sucks to be the only one here but I will get to see the rest of my family and enjoy my time. Besides the real plans, obviously my fitness goals for this summer is to pack on some more muscle and go up to 250-260 levels while keeping my BF similar without gaining too much fat.
Great opportunity and congrats on your first promo LoudyRowdy.

As far as the spring goes, I am full blown Sports Dad mode. My youngest competes in Jui Jitsu and Judo, and he is going to start wrestling. My oldest has football in the Spring and i'm a defensive coach. Both are huge commitments that take time, energy, and focus. That means workouts in hotel fitness centers and having the energy to wake up early and get my boys where they need to go.
As far as my Summer goes, I am still gonna be cutting weight and trying to get down to somewhere around 185lbs. I live in Vegas, so lots of Water Parks with the kids, poolside with the wife, etc. I need to be on point.
This stack for me would be a game changer. I would very much love the opportunity to give these a shot.

First off... I would like to thank LoudyRowdy for this opportunity! I haven't really got the chance to try too many BPI products, so this is perfect😍
Now.... For my summer plans.. Well, other than work, I have a TON of goals I want to hit in the gym! 550 Dead, 355 bench, 500 squat. I have been plateauing for awhile, and I need something to break me from where I am.. It's tough running on 5 hours of sleep of night! Haha. I also plan to fish as much as possible!!! Preferably 2-3 days a week at least. Since there is no woman in my life right now, it's time to focus on the things that really matter!! Lifting, fishing, golfing, and making money$$$$ This will be my first working summer with my career, so it will definitely be different for me. All of my friends will be on the lake all day, and I'll only get to go every now and then. I also have a few fishing trips planned! Lake Sam Rayburn and Guntersville are calling my name very soon if I can get off work. Actually the first boat I bought was finished today so I'll try and attach some pictures for you guys! I promise you will get a very thorough review out of me if I am picked as well. Summer is going to be big for me! Hopefully I'll get to relax a little more than I have been.
Btw... This stack looks LEGIT😋
If the photo didn't attach, go check out my boat on my Instagram, @dyligans_islandJesus Christ is my savior.

I'm going to increase all of my PR's by at least 15-20 percent while on a cut! I'll use best creatine to help facilitate my strength and reduce losses while cutting, while using vortex to help me get that last rep!

I am in! I have been waiting on this!
My summer plans somewhat stressful. I will be hitting the gym of course, but our daughter will be graduating high school in 3 weeks. So we have tons of plans getting ready for that. Our daughter has been accepted to attend the University of Georgia (UGA) in Athens. We are really proud of her. Due to her acceptance we have to give up our yearly family vacation to the beach because we will spend 3 days in June at UGA for freshman orientation and another week at UGA in early August to get her moved in and settled into her dorm. My wife and I will be burning 8 vacation days for these trips in addition to the 2 days we spent there in March for her visit. It's an emotion and stressful time, not to mention expensive.
My wife is already a nervous wreck.

Well being the summer of course one of those things we think about is how much better and "beach body ready" we are. Every year I've found ways to improve and do the best job that I can and there is always room to improve. The fact that I've lost 7 months due to injury is both a good and a bad thing to have gone through, it taught me to man up and learn more about nutrition and supplementation plus it's motivated me more. I've swung from bulking to recomping several times, but I think my first official cut is going to keep me focused, fired up, and excited to learn on the fly and seeing the results of hard work that has been 3 years in the making.

In for a Loudy promo!
Would like to take my new wifey down the CA coast for a mini honeymoon since I had to work right away after tying the knot after a 2 year marathon of government paperwork.
OH yeah and finish 1st overall in my whaleboat rowing team for the spring and summer season. Currently 3 way tie for 1st and 4 more races to go. Alcatraz to aquatic park and then for the finals a
run from the Golden Gate Bridge to the Bay Bridge.
Teh Fug may not qualify but I wonder what his summer/spring plans are...~Komodo Nutraceuticals~

I'm thinking US only right? I'll put in an application anyway.
I have summers off of work so I'm going to be spending as much time as I can skydiving. I just spent all day today doing my refresher course and I do my first jump of the season on Monday! I don't get to eat a lot when I'm at the drop zone (or should I say, I forget to eat) so I try to take my BCAAs throughout the day. I could definitely use me some Arctic Ice heavily scooped into a jug of water to keep me hydrated throughout the day.
I am also currently cutting and have noticed some strength decrease so I'm hoping creatine will help. My problem is that I usually forget to take it. Some snow cone might change that. As for Vortex, if you check my post history you'll see that it's in my top three

I'm in mainly for best bcaa/creatine combo - already have vortex on my shelf
My main summer plan is to organize a med research. I already have an idea, have talked to some people and now we are thinking of finding a sponsor. Another plan is to lift heavy a$$ weights and turn my inner beast mode ON .
Last summer I substituted high carb snacks with bcaa drink (kinetic from neon) and enjoyed drinking that very much. I haven't tried arctic ice best bcaa, but I have tried passion fruit and can imagine what will arctic ice taste like (hnnng). As for creatine, I've noticed some decreases in strength for about a month (can't sleep well, have lot's of work at home/university etc) and I think creatine can help me, especially because this summer I'm going to improve my timetable & sleep better.

I enjoy having my kids participate in sports as well...
Son (11) ---> srsly in to basketball even though hes a better football player especially at receiver
Daughter (9) ---> currently on a competitive jump rope team
Son (5) ----> will start flag football/NFL 60 this fall...might look into wrestling for him though
Even though I'm a physical education teacher, I have no desire to coach...
checking your instagram now...epic looking boat there. I have a friend who lives right on the bay (Chesapeake Bay)...occasionally we go out for some bay fishing. Twin engine getting only 1 mpg...I dont even
All is actually becoming crazy...we will be putting our home up for sale this summer (we hope!!!). So between now and then, a lot of time fixing it up and have it ready...which means lawn care, replacing doors, redoing bathroom, and etc...- Spot for sale

I was able to dunk when I was a bit younger...but at 5'9 I needed an open lane for that to happen. Here I am 40lbs heavier, I can only grab the rim. Is it too late for me?
close....I live in Maryland. Not even a hockey fan....but go Dallas Stars!!!!
WPS!!!! New England picking up Flowers in the 4th round....man what a steal. I thought he was going to go somewhere in the 2nd round.
Never been to that part of California myself. I've only been to LA area twice..both for competitive slow pitch softball tournaments...Ontario and Riverside. Orange County offered me teaching position back in 1998 once I got out of University of Virginia (M.Ed) -----> low pay was low
Congrats on your wedding man!!! Glad everything fell in place for this to happen for the two of you.

This summer I plan on finishing my first cut ever. Been a long road of eating whatever and lifting heavy and now time to finally show off the gains.
Also cleaned off my golf clubs and will be making time for playing time at least once a week this summer. Always made excuses of why I did not have time to play.
Plan to take my kids to the park every Saturday and have a picnic with them. They both really enjoy it and it's a great time to spend with them.
Those are the major summer plans so far plus continuing with my studies.50% of my posts are 100% factual
