About 2 weeks ago I posted my 340 lb deadlift PR. Yesterday I went for 345. Failed.

Three weeks out progress pics. Feeling like I've improved over last contest prep. Guess we'll find out.

Weight in the pics was 214# taken at 7 pm last night right before cardio. Very low on carbs, but managed a decent pump. No leg shots as I wasn't dressed for it, but they're coming in nicely.....for twigs.

Nice sneaks man. Was rocking the same pair just yesterday while out for Father's Day. Looking shredded my man. I remember the last time I was 214#...... felt like death warmed over. lol

Hey, thanks! I've had those shoes for over a year now. They're beyond broken down, but I can't bring myself to replace them, lol.

Well, I'm sure my 214 isn't the same as yours. You obviously carry more muscle than I do. If I could get these legs to grow.......maybe one day.

Not really....went back and dug up some pics of me at 214# at the New Englands...you would of beat me, at least up top, so don't sell yourself short. You've made real progress on your physique, not the kind where I am struggling to tell the "afters" from the "befores", I am impressed.

Excellent job everyone! Reps where I can spare them. Snapped these after a chest/arm workout.

Gains are slow and steady these days. 182 lbs at the time of this photo compared to around 190+ in this pic I dug up from 2009, I think. Back in the gym 3 years and doing better than ever.


Been eating slightly above maintenance the last few weeks. Also hit a rep pr on deadlift the other day at 350x9. No video, just trust the estat... lol

but I have accomplished
2pps back squat for a double PR on Friday 3rd
3pps Deadlift for a single PR today, Sunday 5th , having failed this lift a few times over the last few months, I was extremely pleased to get it with my son present today
