Thanks guys - coming from two of the best, that is high praise indeed! I feel very honored and humbled.
WOW! Add you to the list of people I'd like to put in front of my camera! I'd sell some of my brother's organs to wake up looking like you. Except for the face
Fantastic, as always. Great size, great shape, great cuts. And check out the quad veins!Peace: Lift Long and Prosper!

You truly make most Television super heros look weak. Unreal strength, definition and dedication.
You need to come to the realization that you DO look like you lift all the time. You are way too hard on yourself. When I look like you I will be alot happier.
Put a shirt on fatass!
Just kidding Gary, you look awesome as ever.
Looking solid with 6 weeks to make the final adjustments.Eric

@cmoore.....best of luck this week!!! Excited for you and pulling all the way!
Busta...looking great man! I can remember the pics of when you leaned out for your contest. It really inspired me. Thank you!
BankWalker.....good to see you are still hitting it!
As for me...Summer is almost here reality check shot for me. Snapped this cold this morning. (relaxed...except flexing abs a little)
Cheated a little more than I would have liked this weekend...but was hard with company and cooking out. (after eating pretty good sat...I was up 8lbs before going to bed) Kids slept over neighbors and brought me some doughnuts in the morning. Been a while but if I cant eat a freaking doughnut every once in a while....what is the point?
Anyway.....still going to continue leaning slightly. I have definitely found my groove. Been carb backloading almost 2 weeks now. Strength going back up...workouts better and weight back over 200. Going to experiment and see if I can finish off last few details and still fill back out a little.

Looking great man! Fantastic overall balance.
Nice work. I will share that paused reps seem to hurt my hips more. I think it is partially due to the desire to drop down as low as one can and the relaxation that has to happen to go along with that. I am not sure it is a "good" thing. At least not for me. I have noticed that even with lower weights.. 315 or 405, pausing reps hurts my hips MUCH more than a full (non paused squat with 495 as an example).
Just something to think about... Great to see you moving forward though!
Food. (srs) There are no foods that I consider "off limits". I just alter my portion sizes. I still weekly eat pizza pasta breads cereals...etc. Daily I still consume fruits and dairy chocolate (yep....I eat chocolate every day) (and even icecream a few days a week)
Just have to put yourself in a caloric deficit. Start with hitting your protein and fat requirements, and then make the rest up with carbs of your choosing. OF course, choose from a nutritionally diverse (and for general health, less processed) but there is still room for things you enjoy.RAW lifts

Halfway inspired me! I can just rest on the laurels of getting skinny and ripped.
I have been taking it easy doing "bodybuilding" type workouts for about 5 months now as I just dont feel the strength without having food in me. Every once in a while I feel the need to 'blow the dust off' my squat shoes and make sure I have not lost it all.
For not really training "heavy" the last 6 months and dropping almost 40 lbs.....I am not too disappointed in this. (495x3)
On a funny note, I was too lazy to put the safeties on. Yea....a little stupid, but part of me lifts better knowing I dont have a choice but to lift it. If they were on, I would have gone for one last rep, but I was seeing stars on the release of my breath on the 3rd, and did not want to chance blacking out in a rack without safeties. Like I said....I know it is not smart...but I need all the mental motivation I can get at times.

Didn't post ITT last time but always enjoy looking through it, very motivating to see everyone's efforts.
I hit a deadlift PR today. 475 at 190.6lbs (wrong weight in vid title) 2.49XBW
Based on how slow it was and how it felt it's my current max. If anyone notices any form or mechanical changes I need to make they are appreciated. I know my head should be more neutral it kind of just goes where it wants to...
