Nearing the end of this cut, still in a deficit but raising calories/carbs and starting to fill out. Leg pump curtesy of Bulgarian split squats.
Bodybuilding is much more than an hour in the gym a few days a week---it's a lifestyle that changes all your perceptions about how to live, eat, and rest. It feeds the mind as much (and sometimes more so) than the body.

Losing hair on top...so time to grow a beard. Never grew a full beard before, so I’m just letting it shag out to see what I have to work with

No pre-workout this morning, ha ha. I’m off, so I had time to “wake up” before hitting the gym. Did it old school, without suffering any lack of strength or energy....just thought it was a cool pic....and, you know, quad-envy.

Very very cool!
I wasn’t an alcoholic or anything, but I totally quit drinking about 9 years ago (I’m from Wisconsin...if that indicates how central drinking is). I can’t believe how much better and healthier I’ve been and felt, and how much younger I look. Not only that, buy I’ve been about 300 times more productive than I was when I’d have “a couple” after work.
If only everyone knew.
