I started running 531 about 4 months ago. Prior to I was barely pulling 405 an inch off the floor.

Felt good in the gym on Tuesday, so I decided to give it a tug.

Not much for a lot of you here, but I was happy to finally get over that hump.

I pulled 600 sumo yesterday, this represents a 100 pound increase to my pull this year. I almost had 610 later, probably would have except for a few small things.

There is a link to a poorly angled video of the 600 lift up in my individual workout journal. I didn't post it here because its long since I self placed the camera and you can't see all of the weight when I am lifting it. I wanted to leave an unedited version so its clear I did actually lift the weight.

I'm contemplating what I can do next year. 700 is ridiculous, but I need a difficult, yet attainable goal. I do want to restore my squat to at least 500 next year so, perhaps I should focus on that.
    Its not enough!

Glad to see everyone else who is still plugging along and making progress. I haven't been around here much, keeping busy with work and the holidays. However, I am sticking to my plan (so far) of not going over 190 lbs. this off season. I've managed to get to 194 after some crazy re-feeds but I'm mostly hovering between 187-190 lbs. on any given day. Staying lean at under 190 lbs. over the winter will be biggest test yet since losing all of my weight. January will mark the end of my 6th year training/eating "healthy." Hoping for many more.

Looking Heroic big man. Keep it up! #madrespect

Exactly, SM. Camera perched on the back of the couch with the timer on. I blurred out the background since I didn't need everyone to see the details of my living room (aka tropical plant winter storage area).

I've spent the last year building, eating in a surplus and lifting my ass off. I was out of the gym for 2 months with a back injury. I'm back now and it's going ok but I'm still not at 100%.

I'm sitting between 138-140 lbs. I originally thought I'd go till I hit 145 lbs, but it's just not happening and I can't see myself getting any heavier.

I plan to start my cut right after Christmas. I haven't made any plans to compete this year. However, I'd like to make plans to meet up with our very own ACC for a photo shoot. We chatted a while back and hopefully can make it happen. I'd like to do an outdoor shoot after the snow thaws. His outdoor/nature pics are simply amazing and I think it would be cool. Let's hope I don't break his camera.

I'm going to lean out to 125 lbs. I'm hoping to look a bit bigger and leaner compared to last year's 125 pic below.

Awesome work everyone. Keep it going!

You really are a freak, Chris.. LOL.. Holy $hit.. Impressive lifting!!

Visited my friend. Played around with split snatch. Set PR up to 70-kg.. Then set push press PR 92-kg (202-lbs).

I'm going to lean out to 125 lbs. I'm hoping to look a bit bigger and leaner compared to last year's 125 pic below.
With a little color, natural light and ACC's photo skills you might just end up with the best pics of your career. I think that would be awesome.

Awesome work everyone. Keep it going!
Fantastic! And a photo shoot with ACC should be even fantasticer

    Damn NG, impressive strength again!

C, that's just something I wouldn't even attempt, because I'm human AND would most likely injure myself.

    Kimm, you are jacked!

Doc, wish I could say I'm still as lean as you, unfortunately I like Christmas cookies and everything that goes along with them. Love the tree!

My diet is completely blown. Hit 199 lbs. this weekend but I haven't taken a day away from the gym over the holidays and I'm enjoying the extra strength and size.
