Today was chest day. I toss in triceps and a little shoulders if I feel like it. This is what I hit today:
OHP (just to get warm)
dumbbell press 60, 70, 80, 90 all for 8 reps
triceps cable kickback, moved up until I could not get 10
triceps rope press down, all the way to the bottom of the stack, not actually hard for me anymore
facepulls, moved up until I could not hit 10
machine benchpress, moved up until I could not hit 10
cable flys on the bench, just some hold at the top burn work to finish things off
At this point I was totally fried but my wife was still finishing up her cardio so I hung out by the free weights.....looking at the 100s. I have never tried them before but they were calling my name. I had nothing left but I just had to give them a go. I got 4 reps easy and then fatigue set in and #5 was a no go.
I am itching to try again fresh now.

I need to hear from people that have gotten body scans done for body composition. I likely will be getting my first in late August so I want to start working on setting that up now.
So do you ask your doctor for a referral? Do you just call the hospital or local college and ask them? Thanks in advance.
I added the 100s in today and got them for 6 easy after the 90s. It felt good so I likely will go for 7 next Monday (2nd chest day of the week, Thursday, does not hit dumbbells).
I lost more weight than I wanted last week so I am slowing things down a little again, hoping to hit only -2 lbs this week. I am officially out of all my 46s and into my 44s. I can actually pull my 46s on and off without unbuttoning them or taking off my belt.
I am supposed to see a specialist next month about my slightly off kidney function numbers but all indication are that its just my wight loss and training f-ing with things. I feel way too good to worry about it. I should be done with phase 1 by then so a retest might be normal by then anyway.Eat in a deficit to lose weight.

My average weight has finally fallen under 300 lbs My average for this week was 298.7, going for 295.7 - 296.7 next week. Weights were a little tougher but I really hit them hard, perhaps a little too hard, going to pull back a little next week. Overall I am feeling great and FINALLY I am getting the shock from people that I have been waiting for. People that have not seen me since 370 cant believe their eyes, pretty awesome feeling

Week 6 Avg. = 314.2
Week 7 Avg. = 310.0

Loose program based around 3 day rotation with 7th day off.
I am hitting legs only a little now, I have 2 back injuries I don't feel like screwing with while I am cutting but will be amping them back up when I recomp.
I do chest on Monday and Thursday, back on Tuesday and Friday and shoulders on Wednesday and Saturday. I start with heavy compound movements and work my way down to lighter accessory work.
I do legs in the AM 2 or 3 days a week but I am just doing 1 plate deads and squats, nothing killer....yet.
I do accessory work like bicps and triceps whenever they feel fresh, which is almost ever day.
I like ramping up weight until I fail before 8 to 10 reps depending on what I am hitting.
If you were going to call this anything I guess its semi-structured intuitive lifting. For example if I am feeling it I might toss in some bench on back day or OHP 2 days in a row or if I feel off I might skip bench for 3 or 4 days. All in all I try to kill what my body tells me to kill and if it does not feel right, I back off.Eat in a deficit to lose weight.

Thanks bros, we are on team killing it
I was at the gym today and saw something that made me glad that I was sweating my ass off because it brought a tear (bro tears) to my eyes. There was this dude, maybe 60, lifting. He has 2 very crippled legs, looked like the prototypical signs of past polio. He was getting around on crutches while clutching his dumbbells and hand braces at the same time. He dragged a dumbbell all the way from the rack to the preacher bench so he could do dumbbell preachers. I was torn between offering to help and letting him do his thing. In the end I decided that if he had the power to drag his own ass all the way to and from the gym it would be insulting for me to imply that he needed my help to move a dumbbell 30 feet.
I did let him know that I was inspired and you bet your ass I did my best to test what 100% meant for me today.Eat in a deficit to lose weight.

Its a 4 door with a huge trunk, AWD and loads of safety features.......and 700 horse power On a car like this you have to compensate for depreciation with fun.
Ill be selling my car in a few years when Audi comes out with something better. Its way too modified to trade in so it will be going up for private sale.Eat in a deficit to lose weight.

My previous 6 cars combined were less than my current car, I think 4 of them were less than the wheels and tires alone :P
Out where I live (where they don't plow for a day or two sometimes) our A to B ride is a truck, no way to avoid it. The car was a gift to myself after our business really made it big.
Everyone deserves to have that one killer ride in their life. The Alfa Romeo 4C that came out this year will sell for an astonishingly low price used in a few years. In 3 years I bet you could grab a 2015 for around 25K, for a mid engine super car, that is nuts.Eat in a deficit to lose weight.
