Yeah it is a great help, can't get my trex arms back there AT ALL, srs! Teehee, I make a shelf, and get dat chit on m back.
If I knew your address. I would.
1. stalk you
2. eat from your bins
3. hide in your bushes
4. Pretend to be a new cutout in your gym.
5. Send you a moonpig card photoshopped of me n you on for your burfday.
Yeah good weekend, hope so, today got home early. I did 3 workout days in a row so ironically had nothing left to lift today lol.
Thank you Vic!
Rest Day today, got done with work early. Managed to clean the inside of my car (found a fry and a black olive), need to take it in for service and always like it to be really clean. And organized/cleaned my home office. It was getting to be a disaster, and I need to use that room soon for pet sitting my parents' cat. They'll be on vacation for a few weeks so little Muffin will be staying with us. I have a pet gate up so when I'm at work their cat can have her own room without my Max trying to harass her and stick his butt in her face, lulz. They can all free roam when I'm home. And I set up our indoor elephant tent today for my pets to play in. This...
So yeah, happy Monday!Current PRs:

Found you! I see you got all sneaky and decided to make a new journal so I'd have to work to find you again.
1. I love that you have an awesome relationship with your parents. Your dad sounds amazing. I'm such a daddy's girl, doesn't matter how old I get.
2. If I was a cat I would totally move in to your house. I seriously can't imagine a more fun environment for a feline. I dare not show Simon your tent pics. He'd ship himself to Ham Manor as fast as his tabby self could go.
3. Hope you're well. Gonna have to try and go back a few pages to catch up a bit. <3My Journal - Large, But Not in Charge: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=128025573

Hey RC!! Lol I actually maxed out the old journal, srs, bb.com police had to tell me to start a new one cause it was over 10,000 posts or something. Oh yeah, my parents are cool. I talk to my dad a few times a week srs, oldmanwisdom.jpg
LMAO, my kitties are sooo spoiled. You've been gone a while, I adopted Max who's a ginger cat of peace, probably the smartest cat I've ever had. VERY easy to handle and listens well too - is a breeze giving him his allergy pills, brushing his teeth daily yes srs takes like 2 min so easy, and generally chills out on my chest/shoulder/face. Oh and I built, from scratch, a giant cat castle for them too. Learned some woodworking skills, was easier than expected, working on some other ideas. Here's our castle...
Thanks! That was one of the coolest things I ever ran across for the pets to play with, stumbled across it at a pet expo years ago.

Thanks!!
Oh yeah he is. LMAO that's like when I go into the basement in the middle of the night for a Milky Way Dark bar (I keep em there so I REALLY have to be motivated to go down there for one) and that dinosaur cutout scares the crap outta me! Deadlifts were so-so, no heavy wt there. Did some bonus pull ups and BOOM those went great! I'll continue to do my Superset of Death once a week but will get in exta pull ups when I can. Chin ups hornswaggle my elbows a little bit, also pull ups are more important srs. Pull ups are like building a deck, while chin ups are like building a spice rack. Biceps are already quite huge and make children cry. Arms lookin' swole so life is good.
I tried really hard today with the pull ups to do the twinkle toes method (not letting my feet and legs fly all over the place like I'm drowning.) Please note anyone who snickers at my twinkle toes will get a ripe cantaloupe hurled at their stupid face.Current PRs:

Excellent bench day, strong Ham is strong. I'm watching my parents' cat while they're on vacation for a few weeks, they brought her over today. I have a pet gate blocking my office from the rest of the house so she can have her own area to prevent Max from trying to wrestle/stick his butt in her face/chase her. Well she is pretty small and fits through the gate (my cats don't due to their Herculean size), but she zoomed out of there immediately and hid behind my couch. My girl cat Cheetah who is a real scaredy cat happened to already be hiding behind the couch with all the commotion so both cats were freaking the fuk out. I had to move the couch and my dad crawled back in there and got his cat out, she clawed him pretty bad. He's on blood thinners so he was bleeding all over the place so this cat is running amuck while we are trying to find gauze pads and alcohol and medical tape. My bathroom is quite a scene lol. So yeah, got the cat back in my office and have to shut the door for now. I'll have to be really careful she doesn't fly out of there when I go in to feed her. Cats of peace.Current PRs:

Nice work on the benching. You make it look so easy! Very impressive.
Cat sitting stories are the best. Nothing ever goes as planned Sorry your dad got scratched during the fiasco. Keeping her in the room will be good so that your cats can sniff her through the closed door and she can them as well. It may just take a few days for them to get used to each other. Who knows, maybe by the end they will all be best buds Good luck!My journal: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=159386641

Squats went great today, pull ups and chin ups were tough but I hit 4 reps on all of them. Successful workout! I think DL and OHP will be next, I'm kind of ahead of schedule on my workouts atm. Might plan to do that Tues and take a rest day tomorrow.
Since I didn't have to cram all my workouts into one weekend I had a free day Saturday. Grilled out - steak, bison burers, tukey dogs, and broccoli. Also got to spend some time in my shop and build! I already cut all the wood for the tower I wanted to build a while ago, but hadn't gotten back to it for a while. Put the whole thing together yesterday (it went together FAST) and even carpetted some of it. Today carpetted almost all of it, have very little left to do and it'll be done. Will post pics. This one was soooo much easier than the castle because I knew what the hell I was doing already, lulz. The first tower I did I was like ok THIS is what I want to do but I don't know how to do that, so google it, watch a vid of someone else using said tool or putting something together a certain way. It's easy now, I can just get right through it and already have the tools. Oh and I did just Amazon a new circular saw YEAHHHHH, so I can cut my plywood and 2x4s more efficiently. I'm in it to win it, baby. I'm setting a goal from now through May to build at least one item per month, so that'll give me at least 10 things to take to the local farmers market and try to sell these. The cat castle and giant scratching post I built for my guys are holding up amazingly well, zero problems, have not had to make any repairs or anything, and they get used daily.
BRB I got my saws, speed square, and glue gun, get outta my way Charles Ingles I'm gonna go build an entire log cabin.Current PRs:

Thanks guise! Ask and you shall receive!
I present the Derpy Tower.
Came out pretty well I think, it was my first try at this design. Gonna make some more with larger platforms. This one is going probably in my home office since Max already likes to be in there and now this will give him something to do other than to steal my pens. Want to make some more castle related ones too to hopefully sell, and a bunch of scratchers. Got some other ideas as well but will start off with a couple things I already have built before to continue getting better at it.Current PRs:
