Haven't overhead pressed in like 3 weeks! Those went ok, not real heavy though, held out pretty well on the 75lb sets. Rows were awesome. I think the 105x17 is a PR but I really don't know.
Got a lot of work done on some furniture. Here are 3 post/bed combos I made this weekend:
I'm going to do some more interesting color combos and artsy fartsy stuff. I got some faux fur from the craft store (yes Hammie now shops at the craft store!) and have some cool ideas for that. Hold on to your socks people.

OHP is one of those meh lifts for me. One work out I can beast them, the next it sucks camels a$$ lol.If this were easy, everyone would walk around ripped.

How's the ErgoAmino+ treating you? I haven't used it, just Ergoblast and their non-stim ErgoChain, but their flavoring is so good I could probably just drink them for fun, srs. Which if I did with Ergoblast, I'd probably give myself heart palpitations haha.

It's good, I did 3 scoops with 2 cups of water this time so I was able to sip on it through the warmup deadlifts. When I finished off the shaker I had a BOOM moment of energy during my rows, thus whipping out a 135 set on dem rows.
I'm not sure why it says don't take more than 3 scoops in 24 hours, that's only 225mg caffeine, must be something else in there that warrants the warning?Current PRs:
