Nice work. I like oatmeal but rarely have it. Not very filling for me in the morning, I've found. At night, I forget that I have some waiting in the cupboards to be used.

Haven't had a problem so far even though it's in the kitchen, which is more communal between the roommates. The challenge is the candy/snack drawer in my room, which sometimes has been moved cause I know where everything is. The recent change was a ziplock bag that was open and I know I didn't leave it that way. Me thinks someone is at times sneaking treats from my bedroom. Yet the oatmeal has been there for months untouched. hmmm

Solid workout, hit the flat bp hard! Swapped out close grip bp for tricep pushdowns just because there's been so much bench lately. Kept strict form on the pushdowns - shoulders back, bending at elbows, and doing all tri and not throwing shoulders into the motion.

Steady, long run. This morning the roads were covered with a coating of snow. I waited a couple hours for the temp to go up enough so surfaces melted. Got pelted in the face the entire 4 miles with snow/rain/slush. As long as I'm not stepping on ice we're good to go.

    Official Sunday Weigh In!
Still at 159 but a lesser 159. (Was exactly 159.8 last week and 159.2 today so lost a little bit.) I'll reassess my numbers and tighten up the calories to do better next Sunday.

Solid workout in here! Whoops, I totally forget to pull shoulders back on rope pushdown. I probably forget that on more exercises than I should. O.O

Your "sad" squats are still kickass, so what-tf-ever.

    -LAX/Spike glute/calf rolling 10min
-Foam Rolling with Spike on wall 5min

Solid and brutal day, upper body was like wtf when I did an entire upper workout after all those AMRAP sets. We had a huge snowstorm this morning. It was unexpected so that was a bonus. Took me 1hr+ to drive to work due to the roads being bombed with snow. Sadpenguin.jpg that my park running paths are again covered with snow. Winter is stupid, meh.

Unexpected? We'd been anticipating it for days, and I figured you'd be getting some of it too. Many reps of shovel throw asides. >.<

Though anticipating it didn't make our roads less chit.

This was the nicest weather I've seen in a long time, 38 and not raining/sleeting, had to take advantage of that! This is the farthest I've run in the last couple years - HELL YEAH! Training up to being able to do 6.2 miles for the 10k race in April. 5 was fairly easy, kept the same pace I usually get on 3 miles.

It's going to snow and freezing rain this weekend, Sunday's run will be very wintry. :/ But there are a couple days next week in the mid 40s. That's going to be awesome when the temps are routinely in the 50s and up.

I keep saying it too, but not running. Maybe eventually running, but not where I'm at, or I'd need a better treadmill.
Saying you'll do something is the first step to doing it. I keep thinking I want to do like circuit-y cardio things, but then I just dance.

Yay to good weather, and b*tchin run! Planning on a running a few marathons this year?
Hell yeah! A 10k and several 5ks for sure.
I keep saying it too, but not running. Maybe eventually running, but not where I'm at, or I'd need a better treadmill.
Saying you'll do something is the first step to doing it. I keep thinking I want to do like circuit-y cardio things, but then I just dance.
So your interactions go something like this?...

LUNA: "I'm gonna do a cardio circuit today!"
    FRIEND: "Sounds good."
LUNA: breaks out into the Macarena in the middle of the gym
    FRIEND:
    Current PRs:
    Bench Press: 200x1
    Deads: 315x1
    Back Squats: 275x1

Wahoo! 105 is what I'll compete with after I cut down to 152. Wanted to give it a run through and see where I stood. Very pleased, and I'll keep practicing at 115 to get extra good at this. By summer I'll be able to rep out 105 with one arm while I eat a sammich and read a book with the other hand.

Excellent workout! I'll keep hustlin', there are big improvements to come with the AMRAP bp, but I'm very happy with how much I've progressed so far.

Ah chit, tomorrow is ANIMAL shirt day, navy blue HNNGGG! Man, in 100 yrs there's gonna be an episode of Hoarders about me when they find all this damn ANIMAL gear in my closet. Yes, I plan to live to 135 years old.

Nice benching, congrats on 30 x 105. I'd get so bored counting that high... or counting to ten that many times.

I wish, I could zoom in on my broomstick in the produce section, steal alllll the berries and peaches, and be on my way.
