Hello long long lost friend!!
I will admit, I've not read through the thread, as there is about 700000 pages, but I wanted to find you and say hello.

Yeah it is. If I didn't have a home gym I'd have to break into a commercial one at 2am and lift I guess. Or panic order thousands of dollars worth of equipment all at once, which I think a lot of people did, I heard a lot of stuff got sold out quick.
We're on lockdown but many still have to go to work. I hope they don't start pulling us over cause it's enough struggle going to work in the morning. My store won't close since we're both healthcare and groceries.
Good to see you are doing well. Not much of us posting in here now though lots of people are spending time on ********.
Did that shirt just confuse the hell outta you? I can't tell, but in all seriousness you generally get bananas and various "free" snacks at the end of races. Quad Cities was EVERYTHING - fruit, brownies, cookies, pasta, hot dogs, beer, lemonade.
LMAO. Cliffs - running all the time, lifting all the time, gains made, 15 mile runs run. I hope all is well with you!Current PRs:

Angus should ALWAYS be peppered when talking to me, never know what craziness is going on. Yes keeping up numbers with lifting still, go up to heavy singles/doubles on bench, squat, dl most workouts, still doing 40-50 bw pull ups in a session, got incline bp and ohp going well too.
Two reasons... I like to eat. And am finding all these Pump and Run competitions where you do max rep lifts from a percentage of your body weight, and then go run a half marathon the next day. Am crushing it on the lifting parts of those and placing pretty well. I did one of those in Quad Cities last year, hit 50 reps on bench press and 30 on bicep curl. Practicing that specifically 2x a week so I can dominate the next one in September. There was one in April here but it was cancelled. :'(
So yeah food and domination really.

Hey Mark Mine opens up Tuesday, no mask or special rules required. The first day I go back I'm gonna lift for 2 hours, and hit the pool/sauna for an hour, no mask, maybe no clothes... Ok ok I'll wear some socks lol.
Thanks LH! Eh not a whole lot, right around 155-156 now, trying to hit an even 150 and just stay there so I can easily make my <153 weight class in September.Current PRs:

Ours opened yesterday I think. Still lifting at home but Iāll go in next week after they figure out what theyāre doing. I didnāt want to go the first day and have freaked out workers spraying me with Lysol as I do pull ups because they donāt know what to do.
Our sauna is pretty damn erotic, you know, all those chubby old guys farting in there. šCurrent PRs:

Weāll have been lifting at home for 2 months straight. I usually do most of my lifting at home, go to LTF for some specific equipment, and of course the pool. In winter I was there like 6 days a week cause I was running on the treadmill instead of on the ice. I showered there every day, that was so convenient.
I guess, used to be low 170s, itās hard to imagine now. Strength has increased, also stamina, didnāt seem to hurt anything at all. And now I can run far as fark, slowly, but Iāll get there. šCurrent PRs:
Bench Press: 200x1

Noooo... the Boston Marathon has been cancelled for this year. ššš It was rescheduled from Spring, and set for Sept, but now they cancelled that date too!
Ugh, that doesnāt give much hope for any other big Fall races. Quad Cities is supposed to be Sept. Itās not as big as Boston, but still thousands of participants. Mannnn, donāt cancel that! Thatās my big Fall vacation!
Ugh this freaking year man. Can we at least have some local races? Like the ones under 500 people? Cāmon, something! A half marathon, a 10 miler, 10k, anything.
Today was Chest Day...
Bench, light only went up to 180
Incline, buncha sets at 135
Practice for Pump N Run: hit 46 reps on 80lb bench followed by 35 reps on 50lb ez bar curl
Then rode my bike outside for 9 miles
Glute strengthening and stretching after
Got a calf/ham thing going on so I took a week off running, going to give it a try Monday if everything is feeling good then.
Looking at doing some road cycling to compliment the running. I have a regular mountain bike and Iāll see how it goes this summer getting in miles with that. If Iām really into it still by winter maybe Iāll buy a nice road bike.Current PRs:
