That's quite a back day. The low cable rows... are those the ones where you're seated? What does "block" mean?
Also, hot tub, pool, and sauna? Do you have all these in your house? 0_0!

Thanks SS! Yeah seated cable rows. The weights are just numbered 1-15 so I don't know what the weight is, I write whatever block number I do.

Long run was easy. It was pretty hot out so I took my water belt for its virgin voyage lol. That thing is GREAT! I felt more comfortable just knowing water was available, especially since I went out where there aren't any fountains nearby when you get way out there. It fits great, didn't even notice it was on me after a couple minutes. Easy mileage, felt like I could've went much further. I'll likely shoot for 8 next week for the long run.Current PRs:

Parents and aunt are visiting tomorrow. Gotta hurry up and schedule hvac guy too so he can mire pristine house. Please Brosiden protect me from having my cat hork up some weird thing on the carpet any time soon.
Had a mini crisis a couple days ago - GIANT bumblebee got stuck in the fireplace and was getting the pets excited. It's wood burning so there's no gas to turn on or I would have just done a bee cremation to solve that. I was afraid if I opened the doors it would fly into the house and be impossible to smash to death without me getting stung and I am very allergic. After a couple days it apparently figured out how to fly back up the chimney or it starved to death, so problem solved.

Great leg day! Went a bit heavier on squats than I have been lately, and then that back off set, oh man! There are a bunch of races coming up on the holiday weekend and it's supposed to rain bwah ha ha, so I signed up for a 5+ miler on Sunday. It's supposed to rain and storm all day. The tech shirt for that one is pretty cool as well. Bring it on!!
I got a US Commerce census letter in the mail that has you go online for a "mandatory" survey. I've had things like that before and it takes maybe 10 minutes, no big deal. I got into this one and honestly I don't understand wtf they're asking in some of the questions. I reread the letter and this thing says it should take me between 42 minutes and 5 1/2 HOURS to complete. I thought ok someone is fukking with me, this can't be a real thing. Looked it up, it indeed is a real thing. I don't remember doing this one before (it's for businesses and yes I have a small business, and says it happens every 5 years but I know I didn't do this 5 years ago.) I'll give this another try tomorrow and get out my calculator. They're asking about numbers from a year and a half ago so that should be a joy to go back and add all that up. If I disappear it's because I put a comma in the wrong place and they arrested me.Current PRs:

There are usually more races in the summertime, so I'd check again in a month or so. Not sure if you'll like racing in the summer heat, but 5ks aren't too bad. Over quickly, at least."The right to be heard does not automatically include the right to be taken seriously."

I admire that you always take the time for stretching and prehab. That's good time management right there and I should take your example srs. Run felt good! Easier than expected in 86 degree weather. I took my water belt and that helped a lot. I bring a cooler with water and Gatorade too, always slam a Gatorade and couple of waters right after for long runs. Do they make anything like Gatorade but without all the sugar? I crave the salt but man that's a chit load of sugar in like 30 seconds! Also I was disappointed that normal sized ice cubes do not fit in my water belt bottles. I Amazoned an ice tray that makes little cubes so that should take care of that problem.
Oh and I somehow got tree sap on my arm! It didn't come off in the shower so now small objects are sticking to my arm.

Yes, they make 40 calorie gatorade (or close to it) and powerade has a zero calorie version

Wow, awesome bench day! The 150x10 may also be a tied rep PR, not sure. I'm getting better at the grueling high rep work! I'll try to hit 135x20 with practice.
The 5.25 mile race (lol odd amount I know!) is tomorrow. I picked up my number and shirt today. It's like 40 minutes away but I've never been to this city so I wanted to make sure I knew where I was going, find where the starting line is set up, find the porta potties, and scope out parking. I'm glad I did because there is almost no parking in the city with the Memorial festival going on this weekend. I found some big retail lots 1/2 mile away which should be fine, and I'll go early. They say this event has 2,000 runners. The race shirt is the tits - a tech shirt in military green HNNGGG! It was supposed to rain tomorrow which I was excited about, but damnit my weather app changed it to sun last minute! We'll see what happens, I really want to catch a race or two this year in the pouring rain, it's so fun to run in.
Also, AWOL Nation, holy chit, aside from the two songs everyone knows I didn't know they had anything else good. Grabbed all 3 albums and have been listening to nothing but that for 2 months, srs, those guys are good.Current PRs:
Bench Press: 200x1
Deads: 315x1
Back Squats: 275x1
