Thanks, feels good man when squats actually go well!
Bahhaha! Hell yes, I MUST be comfortable when working out, that includes not having clothing half up my ass, or sleeves so tight the armpits are ripping, or short shorts that'll bunch up in my lady junk. For gym, grilling, and lounging at home it's basketball shorts all the way. Don't even get me started on running/girls shorts and the lack of pockets.
LMAO! I got dat spikey foam roller that's all porcupine time. May be more efficient to dress Max up as a stegasaurus and have him roll across my back.
LOL oh yes I do, and it will come with lulz.
Thanks Carl, I hate squats but damn that was a good squat day!

~~The Adventures of Hammie~~
Thought I may lift today, but took a glorious nap instead. It is so nice to be able to have time to get all my work done for my real job during the week so I can do whatever I want on the weekends. I was watching my parents' cat for a few weeks while they were on vacation, they picked her up yesterday, so today I was able to dismantle the pet gate and move Max's new tower in upstairs. He ran up there immediately and had to check it out.
Have been working on building a bunch of things to try and sell. So far got 4 scratcher posts done (one is a mega huge one), and 3 more in the works. Also working on a smaller tower that's a window bed type thing. Before I screw posts to the platforms I set them in place with wood glue so they don't move around while I'm drilling, so usually let that bond overnight, so I have a few things in the works at a time. This "Derpy Tower" was the first try at this design, didn't spend a ton of time on it honestly, want to make a couple more and have a few things I will improve with those (carpet underside of round bed, carpet butt joints - tee hee butt joints, expand width by 3".) Knew I was keeping this one so it's pretty much a prototype to see how dimensions worked out with my actual pets using it. Got a lot of good practice in making the scratchers just doing general things and finally feel like I actually know what I'm doing as far as knowing what safe/efficient dimensions I need to make everything, using proper drill bits and screws, counter sinking everything, using the circular saw, centering posts, wrapping the sisal (that's still a major PITA no matter what), and securing the carpet. Making sure I do things properly, safely, and trying to get better at it.
LMAO at the weird variety of things I talk about in this journal.
Planning on doing DL tomorrow!Current PRs:

I'm gonna come home to Max throwing a catnip party in my house with all the neighbor pets - beer, nip, and cigars everywhere.
LMAO thanks E!
Thank you Carl.
Haha yeah, Max was all tough when that cat was behind the gate, but when she came out little Max would run away in a panic like she was an alien.
Thanks DNG! Haha hoping to make a little money for steak and cooler power toolz.

I dig that plumber crack of peace. That's a sign of a confident woman. Great squatting. Great lifting in your other fits as well.
Same thing happened to me just a week ago on my squats. My shorts were loose and I showed the crack of peace. The thing was I was also wearing a Disney shirt. I had the face of Mickey in the front and his backside 'looking through' was on the back of the shirt. So when I squatted it looked like Mickey's buttcrack but really it was mine.
Mickey's tanned buttcrack of peace .... with rice. This above all..

And it must follow, as the night the day..

Good bench day, I've been consistantly hitting 165 for a double, sometimes a triple. Trying to get to the point where 165 x 3 or 4 becomes the norm. Close Grip is going fine. I used to start those at 95lbs but I was doing that for like 20 reps so it seemed more efficient to bump that up. I've hit 115 for 13 before, just not often. Strong day all around.Current PRs:

I know something thwm wrists would come in handy for!!!
Sammich making.......
They aint forearms. They sixarms. Benching is a lot less sqew wiff. Lot more swole in comparison to how it used to be.
This is all I got. I need to remove this pencil from my tea towel holder.Ride it like you just stole it.

Ok but I need a nap first.
Nope, never had the need on regular bench. With all the wrist measuring threads posted on this forum I have concluded that I have pretty beefy wrists apparently. I do wear em on close grip due to the awkward angle.
