I heard of ancient buildings called "libraries" where in later years they added computers for people to use. Then again, it's just legend.
Naw, I know studies have shown millenials read more books than older generations. I'm just being an ass. But yeah, library if you have one nearby. Best of luck with ATT, you'll need all the luck you can get. Sounds like how much I love Directv. Oh yeah, ATT owns them too now.

Well if I had access to Google I could find out where one of these mystical libraries is you speak of.

Good pull ups and rows RARRWWW! My cable and internet is back on! I got a notice on my door that they will be digging up my yard sometime in the "Spring" which who knows when that actually is. There is now a giant extension cord situation going from my house to the electric box by the street and those little red flags everywhere in my yard. I am assuming the digging chit up will not be a huge deal? It's not like they need to bury that very far, probably. I have google and netflix now so I'm happy. I was watching dvds of the show I Shouldn't Be Alive alllll weekend, saw some of those episodes like 5x this weekend, good show. And people, if you're going out into nature make sure you have a map, and cell phone, and compass, and some water, holy chit at how stupid people are. And yeah, no, I doubt that's the case. lol.
Out here Verizon doesn't do internet/cable as far as I know.

So glad your internet is back up. Comcast dug a trench from the box on the side of my house to the cable box in the backyard when I switched from AT&T. Wasn't really big or deep. Grass covered it back up in no time.

Truly have never seen it, I guess there's one around somewhere, must be hiding behind a big tree.
Because they split by region so they can increase rates. Seriously.

Lifted earlier today, had to go out for an appointment, got back home, no electric on. Fuk this stupid fukking city up its stupid ass, why does our power go out every gotdamn month?! Today was a terrible TERRIBLE day to begin with. When the power is out I can't open the garage doors because that is electric. You can use the key in the front door, but only IF you don't lock the little switch in the screen/storm door which I did recently due to all the AT&T people showing up here. And there is no key for that. All calmness and rationale was thrown out the window and massive rage ensued.
I did consider ramming my truck through the garage door and breaking that down, but held back. Also considered climbing on top of my truck, jumping on the roof, and smashing an upstairs window, but I didn't want to deal with broken glass everywhere. So I busted up my screen/storm door with my bare hands, one foot, and rage. That thing is fukked beyond fukked at this point. I had to break it without shattering the glass sliding thing because again, didn't want glass everywhere. Carried a table from my backyard to my front door, stood on that cursing the gods of everything, and wedged my hand in there enough to hit the switch after 10min of struggle. Put key in, and carefully cracked door open because I was really afraid my two cats would be right there. Didn't see them, dove into the house like a maniac knocking over a small table and cutting my foot in the process, and proceeded to punish all inanimate objects in sight with my wrath.
From there I was able to go through the house and pull the emergency cords on the garage doors so I can get in/out of there. Power eventually came back on and then my AT&T chit went out AGAIN and I spent 20min trouble shooting that.
EDIT: Also, the power coming back on blew out the motor on the pet fountain so I have to replace that now.

Yes...wild rows there baby and 42 pullups blimey. I wonder how many I could do if I wasnt fat lulz...
Omg that sounds like what happened to us. There was a power cut but we were the only house in the street that had it. We had a big wire coming from the street in through my kitchen window until.they fixed it. They dug up all.my drive but they put it all back nice after.
Anyway glad it's all resolved now...it's a unpleasant and panicy feel to be disconnected from the internet not to mention inconvenient

+100 points for restraint, that would have been a costly fix. Sorry to hear about the reoccurring power, and ATT problems. I rage out frequently at this place, so I'm pretty sure dealing with your situations would have me institutionalized.
EDIT: Also, the power coming back on blew out the motor on the pet fountain so I have to replace that now.
I really hope things start looking up soon, that your power and ATT services work they way they ought to soon, and for a long fluffin' time.

It does, often times it's when I'm at work and for a short time so I come home and all the clocks are flashing.
Thanks Tpoc! I was so aggrivated because when I finally did get everything working it was a PITA to get my Roku up again, you have to go in and change the network settings which I did not immediately realize. At least they ended up crediting my bill $75 this month for the fiasco so that's something.
Our power does go out A LOT over here. All our electric and cable stuff is underground and apparently it's been there for 35 years so it's starting to get bad but is hard to fix being underground. Neighbors claim it has to go out X amount of times in a year for someone to do something about it.
Yeah, thankfully I got a new motor shipped from Drinkwell in 2 days. The pets were like "da fuk is this poverty water in a bowl, I ain't drinking dis, where's my kingly waterfall?!" Max gets cranky AF when it's down for an hour every weekend because it's in the dishwasher.
Holy crap through the window?! Haha wow, glad they didn't have to do something like that with it being mid winter up here. I hope they get to the digging soon, it's almost time to cut the grass and if I have to work around that wire it's not gonna be pretty!

I only buy those when they're on sale on Amazon or if Petco has a deal, they're damn expensive, but they have done wonders for my timid girl cat.
So much THIS. I found this lock on Amazon where you can install it on the outside of a garage door, and when you turn the key it manually yanks the emergency pull cord inside, gonna install one in the Spring.

Good bench day, that last backoff set is improving all the time!
And also on Fri when I was brushing my teeth with my electric toothbrush, it apparently was too violent and my tooth goes CRACK and yeah that thing totally destroyed my tooth. I suppose it would have happened eventually (maybe if I was eating rocks ) but damn, come on! I have an appt for later this week. It doesn't hurt at this point which seems odd, but hopefully they can do something with it before it becomes worse. I get pretty damn annoyed that I put all this effort into this crap - flossing, mouth wash, brushing at least 2x a day - when I KNOW many many other people are like fuk it and do the bare minimum, yet I always am the one to have a filling fall out or some weird thing happen. Wow Hammie...you have had a lot going on lately! Can't imagine losing electric every month! Sounds like AT&T blows in your area too. Same way for us here. And RIP pet fountain motor...that sucks :/
Totally feel your rage on garage door. Ours has a battery back up....but the battery has been dead for four years now. We discovered it was dead after the power was out and we were locked out of the house. Neither my husband nor myself used to carry a house key and our hidden key was in a drawer IN THE GARAGE! Luckily my husband forgets to lock our back door almost everyday (I usually always check it but didn't this time) and we were able to get in that way. We both carry a house key now I imagine my cats would be in their best hiding spot if they heard me coming through the door like that!!
That was a chit ton of BPs Nice job on the rep PR!!

Do your rows, eat broc****, and prosper!
Dafuq? That SUCKS! Man it's been a couple of crap weeks for ya. I know you'll make it, we're all gonna make it, but it's time for some good news dammit!
I assume it was going to break from some kind of force soon and the electric toothbrush was just the thing to finally do it, but I don't get how catastrophic problems come about so quickly. I was at the dentist within the last year, you'd think something would have showed up then, but then again I'm not expert.
Yeah it sucks big time when something you use so much like electric or cable/internet is out, I can't get too much accomplished work wise, and then your main source of entertainment is gone too.
OMG...your tooth!! How the fuk does that happen?!
Thanks Tpoc!
I saw a beautiful river park out here in Columbus while driving to the convention center and actually thought for a moment about going for a run alongside it. #runningprogress (because I actually daydreamed about running there for a minute!) Ham Runs are getting to me. . .

I found all the episodes for all 5 seasons of I Shouldn't Be Alive on Amazon streaming hnnngggg! That's one of my favorite shows of all time. People on that show blow my mind - hey let's go 50 miles out into the desert or rain forest where I really don't know where I am with half a bottle of Gatorade and sandals and no phone, and our 5 year old kid, ok that sounds like a good idea today LOLOL. C'mon people, most of us get lost in Ikea, our species is not meant to go traipsing through the desert! That show makes me hungry and thirsty AF so I always have a ton of water and glorious food while watching it.Current PRs:
Bench Press: 200x1
Deads: 315x1
Back Squats: 275x1
