Never seen a pre workout like this guys. It's in tablet form, and you put 1-3 tabs in your water/shaker and dissolve them. Pretty innovated in my opinion. Seems like it would be very easy for "on the go" situations where you don't have time to put powder in a little baggie.
Initial Thoughts: The tabs were pretty big! I wasn't sure what I was expecting but they are about the size of a quarter and the thickness of a piece of bread. When I opened up the package, they smell really good (fruit punch flavor). They dissolved very well too. No chunks. Had a great workout for my first time usage. This will be interesting to see how it continues going! Pretty cool innovated pre workout so far though.

First workout I used 2 tabs. Today I used 3. It's kinda cool to watch them dissolve, and they dissolve completely. The consistency is a little weird though...I'll try to think of something to compare it to as I go through this log.

I think I put my finger on it. The consistency is a little bit gritty, even after it's mixed. Not the best, but not the worst either. It helps if you "swirl" your cup/shaker before each sipMarried to user "mormonpickett"

Solid work so far! Sorry to answer this late. There's about 100mg of caffeine per tablet. Easy to miss, but we list caffeine content now in the warning label. As for the Folate, it protects athletes against high intensity exercise and Oxidative stress cause by intensive excessive. The Astragin in NOVate helps increase more absorption of nutrients and ingredients.
The binding agent is what gives it a milky texture than most powders.

exactly! I went out of town this weekend and wanted to still have a workout with pre, so I just took some tabs. No need to worry about the scooper or messy powder.

I feel like I have energy from 5am till about 10am, then it starts to wear off a bit. I workout and feel great, and feel great at work for the first half of the day. I don't crash. I just start to get tired from work. Meh. Being a receptionist may sound easy, but at an oral surgeon's office, it can be rough sometimes
