I don't really follow a training split. I usually just alternate upper and lower days and take off days as needed. my package arrived today, and I can't wait to feel da pump after some studying gets done

I did this day while running on 30 hours w/o sleep - it definitely gave me the push I needed.

My favorite day is arms -
I was doing rope extensions and loved the pump. I wasn't able to increase weight or add plates, but I was able to concentrate more on each rep - I had more control, especially during the negative

Took one scoop again. I've been using about 6 ounces of water with it. Has a nice consistency, dissolves immediately and I like how it's not really staining my cup.

Really glad I made it through this day, and especially felt good good to try my deadlift at 145 lbs.
Something I really like about the pre-workout is that is doesn't make me feel uneasy during the workout. In the past, with other pre-workouts I get this itchy feeling in my throat that makes it difficult to concentrate and pace my breathing.
Looking forward to trying 2 scoops soon.
