Bleh. Got into a funky position on one of my warm ups and flared my hip issue up. pull is moving nicely however. Feel like 635-655 beltless is a possibility rn.
Supps pre workout
1 scoop pump extrem. Didn't sweat too much today. I basically stood in front of a fan between all my sets.training log

Sadly running on 30 hours has become common.
I would have to go through millions of tubes and sessions to be able to lift the amount you do.
Last few training sessions

Haven’t been eating and it’s affecting my performance
Also my 48- hour cycle is also negatively impacting my concentration

On my recovery days I started using the Mandarin flavored Amino Tren - tastes good!
But what I really enjoy is stacking the Creatine (micro dose) and Amino Tren on rest days.
I recently went to get the Beta-Cret and will be stacking that soon.
