Video Cliffs:Local Watch dealer found shot in the head
Police found Man guilty with NO murder weapon and no eye witness
Prosecutor admits he made sure dude had all odds stacked against him, all white jury says he wasn't as sensitive to race as he was now.(Lol)
Informants told police about two other suspects, Prosecutor ignores them.
Suspects confessed to killing watch dealer, now in jail
Judge denied Man who served 31 years in jail compensation, says he could have still been involved.(Wtf?)
Months after innocent man got out of jail, diagnosed with lung cancer, doctors give him 6-8 months to live.
Prosecutor meets him on his death bed, says apologies for all those years taken away from him.
Innocent man says he cannot forgive him for what he did.
But the justice system is fair right? Whats up with all of these people getting released from prison after serving damn near their whole lives in there? Another guy was recently released from prison after serving 36 years for a crime he didn't commit. Prosecutors apology didn't even sound like it was sincere, he was obviously just trying to clear his conscience. This sh!t here got my blood boiling.

you know that really bad day at work everyone has? where you just cant get anything right?
the prosecutor is too much of a dick to admit it was one of those days and he just bull****ted his way to work that day
getting a guy in jail over some **** he didnt do
put the ****er in there instead, let him serve the remainder of the sentence.

"Under Massachusetts law [& probably some other states], one way to make a finding of first degree murder is showing that a defendant killed someone with "extreme atrocity and cruelty". This means that a victim's death was brutal or savage."

Way more than i'd like to think about. Just like that cop that shot that guy in the back 8 times, if their wasn't a video i guarantee he wouldn't even be tried for murder. I still have a feeling deep down that he is going to get off though. I dont see how everything will be made right in the end when the guy has 6-8 months to live, if he had been given the money he deserved he could have actually gotten good treatment and maybe lived longer. I do think that the justice system is biased against blacks and is unfair, but there was also a white guy recently that got off for a crime he didn't commit after serving 36 years. And he also didn't get compensation, **** is a joke to them.

juries convinct people not prosecutors.
stop blaming da for doing their job well or defense for being crappy. No one is guaranteed average prosecution in court.Weight Loss: Go carnivore or keto combined with 16/8 IF. It'll create easy calorie deficit. Meat is good and heals, stop being lied to.

It's a joke that the guy got denied the restitution money from the state for 31 years of imprisonment over false charges, but if that persecutor who got him thrown in jail actually gave a shiit about him, he would have offered whatever he could in his own personal restitution (though no amount of money would make up for over 30 lost years in prison) money. bs apology, and I'm glad the guy openly refused to accept it on TV.

You know what kind of people take 1 incident and extrapolate it to entire groups of people? Racists. Racists do that. White people are sick of everyone claiming they're all racist. Statements like the one you just made keep racism strong.
There are wrongfully imprisoned white and black people, it's never OK and the jury system is broken due to juries being filled with average morons who don't use logic and reason. An all white jury convicting a black man, or an all black jury convicting a white man, doesn't prove that the entire jury was full of racists.

I'm not extrapolating 1 incident. This is a running theme. Black people not only are more likely to be falsely prosecuted but statistically will face harsher penalties when committing the same crime as white people. Wake up to the reality of this country. It's called institutionalized racism.
I never claimed all white people are racist. Where the fuk did you get that from?
I'm white btw, I'm not blind however.

Not sure how lawyers can do it. Public defenders especially having on their conscience that they are fighting to keep a murderer or rapist out of jail even if THEY know the evidence against them is beyond a reasonable doubt (obviously some are not guilty and deservedly so) but we then leave it up to normal people to make that decision...and often times the public defender wins and then that lawyer knows there is a murderer or rapist now back walking the streets. I couldn't sleep at night
