Smart man for ordering sashimi. Not a huge fan of rolls that are drenched in sauce and what not because after awhile they all start to taste the same. I will say most of the time I will order a combo of sashimi and a few rolls. My bank account won't allow me to eat a $100s worth of sashimi for dinner lol.
You can always try sashimi, which is raw fish.Workout Journal: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=167450201

So from my recent win, I went with a tub of the Post-Factor Key Lime Pie. It arrived last night so I used it about 10 minutes ago after my back workout. Wow, you guys weren't kidding about the flavor!!! Absolutely incredible.
So normally, my post workout meal carb was one cup of dry oat bran as my carb source along with 2 scoops of protein. For today, I used a scoop of Post Factor (50 carbs) which left me 1/3 cup of dry oat bran needed to hit the same number of carbs post-workout. I also added one additional scoop of protein powder as Post-Factor has 27 grams of whey isolate in it. So basically, Post-Factor is about the easiest supplement ever to add into my current macros.
One question I did want to throw out there was this.....how does everyone feel they recover when using maltodextrin as their recovery carb? I can honestly say that with over 10 years of training, today was the very first day I've ever used this carb before in any supplements that I've used. So just curious to hear what others think.

Thanks for the update!
If I were to have my face on any product, Joint Armour would be it. The formula currently seen on Bodybuilding.com is the older version without the 5-Loxin®, but still very good. I will say though... I will only suggest Joint Armour for cartilage related issues as it's been proven very effective for osteoarthritis. Soft tissue injuries from wear & tear ... I would suggest rest.Chris Belanger | Vice President, Sales

Those carbs.... I recently got to use AminoFast which has the cyclodextrin or something. I also had another intraworkout with similar amino profile but no carbs. I saved the AminoFast for my heavy days. I wasn't sure at first either, but glad I did. It makes a difference.
My postworkout regimen used to be 75g carbs, 38-40g protein. With post-factor i did 1.5 scoops and that did the trick (in the amount of water for 1 scoop), nice and easy. Yes, I blew through it faster, but it was convenient and you might want to tailor your serving to your workout for the day. heavy = 1.5, light = 1. just some thoughts.“God will not have his work made manifest by cowards” - RWE
