I don't have much of an appetite in the summer so I am going to try adding calories intra-workout via amino fast.

I've never used cyclic dextrins as an intra-workout carb before so I am excited to give it a try.

I am going to go with the pink lemonade flavour!

Great choice, one of the few Blue star products I've yet to try. Recently been using gaspari sizeon intra and so far am enjoying it.

Watermelon is legit man. What is great is that you can't go wrong with any of the 3 flavors as they are all outstanding. Today I mixed in a scoop of white freezie with a 1/2 can of BANG. That was a nice combo for sure.

I'm a watermelon fan for sure so it's only right I give it a go.

Also agree about IsoSmooth. Great protein and the chocolate sin is very good. It's almost like you could taste the quality and it isn't an overly sweet, artificial tasting chocolate flavor.

And very sad that Whey Smooth is no longer available. I didn't get to try all the flavors.

Sounds awesome. I haven't used an intra in forever, but this looks solid as heck as an intraworkout option. And that White Freezie sounds amazing, not to sell watermelon or pink lemonade short. This is going on my wishlist for sure, for the next time I have some room in my supplement budget and come to the bb.com store to make some purchases
