PPK is a good pre workout, I was sent 3 scoops last year from a friend and enjoyed it at 1.5 scoops(wouldn't recommend it more than 1 scoop though for starters).

I truly enjoyed the key lime and i'm put my name on the running again but this time for the chocolate truffle. I love that wrapped in small pieces LOL but I think I would love Post better especially if i make after gym with ice in the blender.

Thanks. I'm not a mango person, don't like the fruit, or the flavorings so I tend to avoid products with that in the flavor. Usually I go with the "safe" flavors for pres, fruit punch, blue raspberry, etc, but I need to mix it up a little.

Thanks. I usually start with one, expect one case where everyone raved about how intense a PWO was, so I used a smaller scoop. Then I realized these people must have a pretty low tolerance. If I had just tried it without reading reviews, I probably would've liked it more, the way it was hyped up, I was disappointed.

I hope I like it or learn to like it too. It sounds like it's effective though, so worst case I end up dry scooping it.
Or toss it in an actual cream soda, and chug it that way! Ok, maybe not, I don't think downing a carbonated drink preworkout would be productive. >.<

I'm the same way. I have 3-4 different tubs of pre workout open and always mix it up each workout. I found I don't develop a tolerance to any one particular pre-workout as easily this way and it's nice to have a different flavour before each workout.

I actually do the same thing muskate. If I have to hit the gym super early some mornings, I'll take one that is a bit stronger for those days. Just having the options open keeps it interesting too.

I've been hitting it before the gym (mostly because I like the flavor so much I try to justify it), and I've been hitting it intra workout because that's what's recommended ...I really do love the stuff! It's best to use intra-workout.

The ideal situation would be:

Pre workout - a preworkout supplement like PPK
Intra workout - a intraworkout supplement like aminofast
Post workout - a protein supplement or carb/protein recovery drink like post factor

Using my AminoFast intraworkout - going to write up my review shortly. I can feel a difference on endurance especially on big muscle days (legs, back, chest) compared to just aminos.
