Looks interesting, the mental focus blend is all stuff I've never tired, and I do like a solid focus pre.

Also the idea of cream soda flavor is intriguing. Usually I'd go with the safest flavor option, but given the rating I'd take a gamble on it.

Sounds good. I can usually do fine energy wise with some coffee, so finding good pres for focus, and pumps is great. Especially focus, I work out at home so there's more distractions, and it's harder to get into that zone.

Not for pump but for laser-like focus... and you can take with your coffee if so desired, is Elevate.

1 banana
1 spoonful of Angry Mills White Chocolate spread
2 scoops ISO-SMOOTH

Some water to thin it out a bit, very impressed!!

It is the simple things in life that excite us as we get older, like new shaker cups, and when being able to locate a specific item in Home Depot. BTW she has a killer physique.

Dude that flavor is awesome and doesn't get mentioned enough and understandably so. With that being said pineapple mango is a sweet treat to have pre workout.
