There's a milk and cookies flavour!? Oh my goodness
Still dying to try AminoFast I've been adding a little fruit juice to my BCAA's during my workouts and it's so awesome! Be cool to not have to add the juiceTeam Cookies Give You Superpowers

- We currently have another product in the works to replace Whey Smooth hence why it is on clearance.
Thanks Misctake7 for the kind words sir and I couldn't agree more. It is personally my favorite as it reminds me of a melted hershey kiss.

Zizzchick review for AminoFast
Hi everyone, Zizz here! Big shout out to GYMGOD and Blue Star Nutraceuticals for the opportunity to try the intra-workout- Aminofast.
This is available in Pink Lemonade, Watermelon and White Freezie. Each tub contains 25 servings and sells for $59.99 on the BB.com store. I am a sucker for Pink Lemonade and was excited to give this one a try!
Now let’s get a look at the ingredient profile:
As you can see, this intra-workout has a solid dose of electrolytes, it packs full 6 grams of BCAA at a 2:1:1 ratio, 3 grams of L-Glutamine, Fumaric acid and BioPerine, among other ingredients. One thing that stands out to me is that one scoop of Aminofast has 60 calories with 15 grams of carbs. The carb source is an ingredient called Cluster Dextrin. This is a soluble cluster-structured glucose polymer and is designed to exit the gastric system faster than simple sugar. I enjoy the addition of quick-digesting carb over intra-workout products that have zero carbs.
Now that we know the ingredients, let’s crack this open!
Taste: 10/10
They really knocked it out of the park with the flavor. It actually tasted like genuine, full-sugar pink lemonade. I mixed one scoop with 1000ml of water. As I sipped it throughout my workout, I diluted it with what was probably around another 500ml of water. The taste remained great even when diluted further.
Mixability: 10/10
I mixed 1 scoop with 1000ml of water. I shook it in a Nalgene bottle with no blender ball/shaker ball. After just a couple of seconds of shaking, the powder was fully dissolved leaving zero clumps, foam or anything like that.
Effects: 10/10
I actually really like the fast-digesting carb provided by Cluster Dextrin in this intra. I lift at 5:00am. Because of the time, I never eat before lifting and lift fasted. I did feel as though I got a good boost in energy from having a carb source during my workout. I really did feel that my endurance was higher than without. Other intra-workouts I have tried seemed more like a zero-calorie sports drink- good for hydration but that’s about it.
Value: 6/10
At $59.99 for 25 servings on the BB.com store, this works out to $2.40 per serving. This is premium product for sure, but it is kind of offset by this premium price tag.
Overall: 9/10
I have tried numerous intra-workout supplements. They either taste terrible or don’t seem to really do a whole lot. This is without a doubt the best intra-workout I have ever used. The flavor is a homerun and it provides results you can feel- for a higher price per serving.
I would like to give another thanks to GYMGOD and the people at Blue Star Nutraceuticals for the opportunity to try Aminofast!
¡Gracias y que tenga un buen dĂa!----- DSC ----âś-10k
