Misc should I try Oly lifting?

I might have a chance to get a good coach in oly lifting but I am not sure if I should dedicate myself to it. I am afraid that it will be very time consuming plus school and I might not even have a time to hang out with friends,gf,etc. What should I do? I really want to try it.
    Squat: 152,5kgx5
    Bench: 85x5
    Deadlift: 180kgx1

    Programs done:
    Starting Strength - 7month
    PHUL - 12 weeks

    Currently doing - Madcow's 5x5

Yes but If I start and then realize it's not for me it would be kinda hard to quit.

Try it out on your own without the coach first and see if it truly is something you want to pursue.

Educate yourself on proper form for the lifts if you haven't yet and video your lifts to be able to critique yourself or for someone else to do so.

If it is, then you could get the coach and commit to it.

well this sounds good but either I get a coach or don't do oly lifting at all. Reason is there aren't any olympiclifting or crossfit gyms where I can practice this lifts in my city (not from U.S,europe) only ones where you can join a team with coach so it's either fully committing to it or not trying it at all.

Only if only you get a good coach, oyl lifting is very technical. Good luck man!

You should absolutely go for it. Definitely get a coach, as it will be difficult to progress effectively without someone critiquing you're form regularly. Oly lifting is insanely fun, and you can continue to bodybuild even with oly lifting in the mix. After college, I want to try and get a coach and start taking oly lifting seriously.
