Hit a massive PR for me

I've been training with kettlebells for a few years now, and last September I decided to put my focus into the half bodyweight press (40kg)

I had a few set backs, but learnt a lot about programming and fixing weak links on the way

I'm undecided where to go with my training know. I fancy a change from the KB press, so it's either Bench, which I haven't done for year or Handstand Press Ups

    That's cool.

Also in regards to your indecision... Bench press is the single most important physical pursuit on the journey into manhood.
