    Question For upperback?

    what exercises should I do to develope upper back muscles, I've been working out for 2 years now and I still couldn't manage to develope muscles on the upper back :/

    Shrugs,any rowing cable ,barbell ,dumbell pulled more to chest level,rear delt raises with dumbbells or cables.
    Theres a few for you.
    Feel what your doing to the targeted area(upper back).
    If you don't move your elbow around to get the right feel and really contract the target area.

    overhand rowing movements where you flare your elbows out more will target the upper back.
    focus on squeezing your shoulder blades back and pinching them together behind you

    Heavy Pendlays are great too btw

    x2 on Pendlay Rows, my upper back made some good gains once I started doing them for a while
