Some of those sites are good though, they teach you how to behave, what not to do around women. I have gotten a lot of value from being shown what may seem obvious to some, basics that really had I not been shown or seen would have relied on my instincts on what to do which on reflection were terrible.

They are not a magic bullet though, if you have an insurmountable issue like this guy, it will not help.
